Tune into your thoughts and feelings
Sometimes it feels like the emotional body has it's own agenda and you are left just holding the bag with all of these thoughts and feelings that you feel like you cannot control and learning to work with them can be a real challenge. Those of you who are empathic often feel the feelings of others and so what is really important here is to take the time to understand them, not the root of them so much. Be sure that you are dealing with what is yours to deal with and clear yourself of the energy of others.
When you tune into your emotions they have much to teach you about human consciousness as well as are a barometer of what is happening around you. Delve deeper and as you begin to understand it will help you keep perspective, it will assist you in your healing path and rejuvenate your energy. Spend some time near water, take a bath, go for a swim, as this will help you to purify your thoughts and feelings and balance your emotions.
Affirmation: "I think for today I will just be happy."
