Love and Respect yourself
Begin to see life from a different perspective and say good bye to sadness and drama by learning to love and respect yourself. Set healthy boundaries for yourself, then your actions with others will follow that same note. Refuse to eat emotional poison and become aware of its effect on you when you forget to use shields and filters. You can’t control what others say or do, but you can walk away from it.
When you hold yourself at this higher vibrating rate, you will find that love and respect become the only tolerable energy you choose to stay in for very long.
Thought for today: Just be responsible for you right now and treat yourself with love and respect.
