Nourish your temple

 

Your body is the divine temple of the soul and so it is important to nourish it with foods that have plenty of life force energy as this not only gives you a physical boost, it helps to elevate your spiritual frequency. Fresh organic fruits and vegetables grown as close to you as possible is always the best source of nourishment. It helps your body release lower vibrations and toxins that have built up over the years. Drink water that you have blessed with your love and raise it to is highest potential, your food as well and you will notice a difference in your energy and vitality.

 

Follow your guidance on what feels good and speak with your cells. They will let you know if what you doing feels right and good and you most certainly can tell by how you feel, how your skin and hair look as they all represent what is taken within the divine temple that is you. Treat yourself well and it will serve you well. Love and bless all that enters within you and you will find that you become more aware of the energy within you, and of others.

 

Affirmation: "I love to eat whole nourishing foods that are filled with life force energy and as I do I am becoming more aware of the subtle vibrations within me and around me."

Something More

 

There is a strong desire to move on to something more meaningful and that is now being made available to you and it is up to you to use it to your greatest advantage. Pay attention and be ready for action as when the time is right, you will begin to work quickly and will need to buckle down and get things done so that you can make the most of what is being offered to you.

 

Develop your qualities like honour, integrity, kindness, compassion and love. These are traits that will lead you through the changes with grace and ease and is a part of your spiritual and emotional growth. You cannot always choose what is happening around you, however you can always choose how you act and respond to those actions. It gets easier as you go long so also remember to be kind and gentle with yourself too.

 

Affirmation: "I am ready to make the most of the opportunities that are available to me now and each day I am creating more opportunities that are a better match to my vibration and each day just keeps getter better and better."

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Forgiveness

You are ready
 

It is time to move forward and so that can included forgiveness of the self, of the past, of choices you have made. The angels wish to remind you that challenging people, situations and experiences are all to help you learn and expand. Without them, you would not grow. Bless them with unconditional love as you release them, the situations or perhaps something of the self. It has served you well and it is time.

Ask Archangel Zadkiel to help you transform your thoughts and feelings to be those of tolerance, understanding and love. He can help you to release any lower vibrations, and help you ascend to higher ways of being in your life and growth. He is a wonderful teacher and is waiting for those who are prepared to walk the path of light and transmute all of the energy around you.

Affirmation: "I invoke the violet flame and Archangel Zadkiel to help to transform my world and the world around me. I forgive myself and others and I am cleansed by the violet flame."

Release

 

There is no need to try to make something work that no longer does. See the gift from the experience and Let it go. When you look deep within your heart, you know the truth and what it means to you and then you know what to do...Let it go. View it with love and compassion and prepare to move on to the new beginnings you desire. Complete the cycle so that you can move on unencumbered and make the new situations and relationships you desire.

Open yourself up to receive as there is much that is new that is coming your way. View yourself and your life with compassion and keep doing your best. As you open yourself up to succeed, you will see that this is an abundant universe that has much to offer and enough for all.

Look within, clear what needs to be cleared, let it go and move on.  It is time and you are ready.

Affirmations: "I am letting go. I release any judgements, arguments, or past hurts that I have been carrying within me. I have compassion for everyone including myself. I forgive myself for what I think I have done or not done."

The Power of your Past Lives with Archangel Raziel

Each of you has spent time on this planet before, or perhaps on another world or realm. Sometimes when you are doing your life review, you decide that you are not going to do that again, or perhaps you made a decision from a past life experience that is greatly affecting your present life and you really don't understand why. Ask your angels to help you remember past lifetimes so you can release, learn, and heal from your past experiences. 

 

By viewing your a choice or asking for clarity through the aspect of a past life can help you release and heal a current situation in your life. Sometimes when you can step outside of the situation you gain a better understanding of the bigger picture and it helps you feel more compassion and understanding for everyone involved.  Ask your angels, Archangel Raziel, and the goddess Isis to help you to review the past so that you can better understand, assimilate and heal your past life memories. As you do this it will change things in all dimensions of time and space as well as  in your genetic lineage. 

Ask: "I call upon my guides and angels, the goddess Isis, Archangel Raziel, and my soul family to help me to better understand [state the situation or relationship, or emotion, or any other reason you want to review] Please take me to the lifetime where and when I made this decision or choice or feeling for the very first time." 

While you are on the journey of this lifetime, notice where you are, what you are wearing, are you male, female, as this can offer you valuable information. When you are ready to come back and you want to release this memory, go to the end of that lifetime when you transitioned back into the light and be sure to heal there.  Repeat the following: 

"I release and heal any old buried pain from all my bodies, now and forever, in all dimensions of time and space, the past, the present and the future; I remove this from my all of my bodies, including the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, and so it is." 

and let the energy around you be transformed with love and back into the love by which you made your original contracts.  

Your past lives offer you valuable wisdom that is within you. Those very experiences are the ones that helped to shape your spirit self of which you are a part of. As you gain a greater understanding of your past, it can help you open up and trust the guidance it has to offer you in this lifetime you will find more of this wisdom revealed to you in your everyday life. Allowing you to enjoy the adventures in your life and move forward with anticipation, expectancy and hope.

You have access to Divine knowledge
 

You have access to Divine wisdom and it is available for you to assist others through your spiritual teaching and healing work. Ask your angels and guides to help you become a clearer channel of this teaching so that you can begin to use it to make the changes you desire in your life. Then, as you master its use, you will be ready to share it with others who are newly awakening to the path of light.

There is a new teacher coming into your life and you are ready, this can be a guide, an angel, an ascended master, or perhaps a human master. Get yourself ready and get your house in order so that you can make the most of the opportunities that are coming your way as well as make some new opportunities for yourself through the magic of creations that you are working on. Develop and heighten your abilities to access enhancements for your senses. Deal with any challenges in a kind and understanding manner that is just and fair for all.

It is time to take your power and let your independence be the foundation for your strength and the guide to your success. This is a sign that you are expanding your intuition and your spiritual growth.

Give birth to new ideas
 

This is an optimal time to venture forth and follow your ideas and trust your intuition as there is a new energy that is available to help you bring your ideas to life. Your angels are watching over you and guiding you every step of the way, so look and you will know that they are there. These are the changes that are helping bring you closer to your desires and intentions so embrace them and know that you are save during these  changes.

Keep your unwavering faith and focus, carefully choosing your thoughts, feeling and actions and keeping them focused and on target as you take the steps. You know what is right and best for you to do and are so honoured for doing what is right and believing in yourself and the power of your voice and the one voice. Remember that there are multiple leagues of angels that are awaiting in the wings for you to ask for their assistance and then trust that it is so.

Bring forth and welcome these new opportunities as you bring them to life. There is much to enjoy and to celebrate as you enter this new phase in your life.
