Be okay with where you are right now

It is not about settling for less than what you can imagine, it is about being okay with where you are right now, working with the tools you have right now, doing the best that you can right now, and also knowing that without a doubt, things are getting better from here. Right now you have all the tools within you that you need, it is just you do not always trust that it is so. If you have created a situation in your life that you would like to change, this is your opportunity for growth. 

Sometimes there are things that you cannot change, or would not change in your life for whatever reason and these can feel like restrictions holding you back and yet they are not. There are always ways to make things work in your life so that you feel the joy of your advancement and at the same time parts of you stay were they are for now. Acceptance of all of these parts of yourselves often leads to movement in all the others areas of your life and opens channels of energy from which you can draw from and create with.

Affirmations: "I unconditionally accept all aspects of myself. I unconditionally accept those in my life for who they are and I unconditionally accept love in all of its various forms."

Detoxification of mind, body, and spirit

This is an ideal time for a cleansing and detoxification of your physical body as well as your mental body and become more aware of the thoughts you hold and carry as your truth. Treat your vessel with the care and put in the time as you would into any treasured object and it will be kinder to you. Nourish your self and your soul with objects and activities that mirror this new you. Spend some time near water, such as a lake or a stream, or the ocean as this will help to clear you, as well as get your focus and recharge your batteries with new ideas and outlook. 

Learning to monitor your thoughts and becoming aware of the affirmations you are using about yourself, your life and your projects can be a bit more of a challenge. Keep your thoughts, feelings and actions focused on supporting yourself and your growth. As you become more conscious of yourself and you life, you may find any areas that were not previously working now have the room to grow. Oftentimes it is the very thoughts that you are keeping about yourself and your goals are the ones that were blocking their manifestation. 

When you are running like a smoothly oiled machine and all your parts feel in order, you are better able to to tackle the tasks at hand and create the life you were meant to live.

For those of you who choose to take the next new frontier for your path and are ready to move beyond to something more spiritual for your self and your life, it is important to pay attention to your ideas and your thoughts as they are coming from a higher aspect of yourself and are the Divine guidance that you seek as the answers to your prayers. 

For many it has been hard to hold your light as you acclimatize to the energy that is around you. Ending of a cycle

As you draw closer to the end of this cycle there might be a feeling of loosing something or that you are not sure you want to move on to what is unknown. Angel wisdom reminds you that when you set your intent to expect better, more of that will come your way. If you expect the worst, that too will become your self-fulfilling prophecy. Decide today that you are ready to move forward and that the sun will also rise again tomorrow and march forward with positive expectations. 

Your relationships with friends and loved ones might be changing, and that is okay too, for all of you are evolving. Ask your angels to assist you to better understand or just to feel better about the changes that are happening and know that true love and friendship knows no bounds and that you will find your way back if that is what is truly the best for all. Remember to not take it personally and release any fears that are holding you back from experiencing more. 

Keep your focus on your goals. Trust that you will receive the messages and answers from your guides and angels as well to trust the insights you receive as you go along. Notice the signs that your angels send to you to let you know that you are on the right and best path for you and trust that it is so.

Focus Intent is Powerful

Keep your thoughts and attention on what you desire to create, not on what you do not want. Sometimes it can feel like your thoughts choose you, but this not the case. You can always choose what thoughts stay in your head. Carefully choose your thoughts as these are the seeds you are planting that will create your future experiences. Your thoughts always effect your experiences and unless you have absolutely no feelings about the though one way or another, it will result in that thought manifesting in your life.   Most humans have strong feelings about something, either positive or negative and oftentimes hold the negative thoughts longer than the positive and that creates them in your world.  

Take the time to learn to monitor your thoughts. Cancel, clear, and transform any undesired thoughts as soon as you notice them or hear yourself repeating the unwanted affirmation. This can take practice at first, however mastering this skill will help you create and manifest more quickly and soon it will become a natural way of thinking. 

Ask your angels and guides to help you to monitor your thoughts and feelings more closely. Ask Archangel Michael to overlight you and clear lower vibrating thoughts and feelings and to help you carefully choose the thoughts, ideas and feelings that you would like to use so that you can use your power to focus on what you desire and not on what you do not want for yourself and your world. 

Affirmation: "I am now able to focus my thoughts and feeling consciously and I am holding only those thoughts that assist me in creating the world I desire."

Ending of a cycle

The time of retreat and rejuvenation is nearing its end and now it is the perfect time to set your intent for the next phase. There has been so much growth and expansion happening and sometimes you need to allow your bodies time to catch up. Eat and drink that which nourishes your physical body and take good care of yourself. Get some fresh air and let it help you to heal. 

Spend time in meditation and journalling about the messages you receive, the emotions and thoughts that you are having and what it is you would like to do next. . Prepare a ceremony for the next full moon and bring out your crystals for recharging.

Visualize what you desire and it will come about. Hold these thoughts as long and as often as you can and then have faith that they are manifesting, even if you can't see it yet. This is a part of your life purpose, and the  cycles of shedding and rebirthing are showing you that you are growing and evolving. It is time for your next steps, choose wisely for yourself. 

Affirmation: "As I visualize what I desire to create, I am drawing it to me. I happily release what no longer serves me so that I can move on to the next phase in my life."

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Listening

Are you listening?

You can hear your Divine guidance best when you quiet yourself and and tune into the dimensions of your entourage of beings of light. Shut out noisy stimulation like telephones and televisions, and find a quiet place where you can relax and not be disturbed. Don't try to make anything happen, just relax and listen. Listen to the rhythm of your heart and take some deep breaths. Then mentally ask questions of your guides and angels. Listen carefully to the loving messages that they speak in your heart, body, and mind. Listen to your own inner truths. As you practice this tune into your intuition and take action accordingly.

Less talking and more listening are what is required right now. Take a quiet retreat and be open to the possibilities. Take the time to tune into your self and your life. What does your heart say? What does your body want to tell you?  Listen to what messages any aches or pains can mean and what you can do differently to see the changes you desire for yourself (the body always talks to those who listen). Look within and listens, the answers that you see are there, just waiting for your rediscovery. 

Affirmation: "Each day my connection with my guides, angels and higher self is becoming stronger and stronger and I am clearly receiving and understanding the messages to assist me on my path."

What do you desire? 

Take this opportunity to look deep within your heart and ask yourself if you are truly following the path of your heart or have squelched this passion in order to make those around you happy? It is time to focus on your intentions and desires. Make some optimistic long-term plans and goals for yourself that are based entirely on your passions. This is what you came here to accomplish and it is time to follow the path that leads you to those dreams. 

There are always creative solutions available for you. Take the time to carefully review your options and you might just find that the simplest answers were already there, it was just that you have not noticed them before now. Cultivate the thoughts and feelings that will help you reach those desired plans.

Ask your guides and angels to help you and take a good look around as you are receiving trustworthy and heartfelt guidance from human angels as well as your own entourage of light beings. Open your heart and your mind to those around you as well as to your natural wise self as all the answers that you seek are available when you go within and connect to your heart and your higher self.

New Experiences are changing your world

As you master the steps and challenges that are part of your expansion you will find that your view of life is expanding and you are seeing yourself and others from a different light. This is a time of accelerated growth and sometimes that can be overwhelming. Seek out some expert advise or a spiritual group that can help you grow. This will give you the resources you need to assist you with processing through some of the more difficult issues. You don't need to do it all by yourself, there is help and assistance available to you. 

Spend some time having fun. Release the need to be in control of every aspect and trust that it will be so. Take a trip and enjoy yourself. This does not need to be far, it could be to the next town, the country, or the ocean. Be in that moment and the energy of and enjoy yourself. This helps to balance the emotional body and that is often a challenge during these shifting times. Relax, take stock and enjoy! 

Affirmation: "As my spiritual gifts open and expand, my life changes in positive and uplifting ways and I am ready for some new adventures."

Get your mind really clear

As you clear your mind and get really focused on what is most important to you, that focus helps you create it at a faster and finer rate and attracts to you more of the amazing that you desire. Sit quietly for a bit and find that still, wise centre within you. Allow the wisdom of your heart to radiate through you and all around you and dissolve any thoughts and feelings that are not necessary right now, you can always pick them up later if they are important to you. When your thoughts and feeling are calm, shine the pure light of your heart on what it is you desire to create or bring into your life. Keep your focus and breath deeply for a few minutes holding the desired thoughts or your intention. 

If you are not sure what it is or where to go next, then this is also the perfect time to focus on what brings you joy, love, and happiness and then ask your angels to clearly show you what possibilities are currently available to you and if none of them make your heart sing, then ask your angels to show a different path, or a new perspective so that you will clearly know what is the next step and to help you make your decisions with courage, strength and clarity.

Affirmation: "When I focus my attention with intention, I can clearly see what is the next best choice or step for me to take."

Together you are stronger

When you work together or use your talents and your skills for the common good you are successful and stronger. Work very hard within your spiritual groups to find co-operation and compromise. Work to eliminate power struggles, conflicts and competition. These are energy responses to an unbalanced ego and this is detrimental to your cause. There is enough for all and it is important to remember that shifting this thought process will bring about monumental change to the earth plane. 

Your angel guidance is to bring people together, promote harmony, support and togetherness, and draw the best out in each other. You each have strengths and weaknesses that together are unstoppable. Find those that play the sounds that harmonize with yours and work together for the greater good. Make it your aim to expand and explore the ways and opportunities that are available when you mutually work together and work as a group of one.

Enjoy each moment 

Find the beauty and joy in every moment you experience for there is something to celebrate within it. It is when you see the gifts that are all around you that you truly begin to understand the importance of living in the now not the past or the future. Hold positive thoughts and expectations for yourself, however cherish your now. 

To create a contented and rewarding life for yourself, cultivate the qualities of your emotional body, of allowing yourself to be sensitive and also strong at the same time. Develop and trust your intuitive side and be dedicated and honourable. Be kind and compassionate, patient and attract trustworthy relationships. It is time to move on to something more meaningful for yourself and your life and seeing the gifts that are being offered to you opens your world to new opportunities and new phases in your relationships.

It is time to cultivate your Divine wisdom 

Your angel guidance is to connect with your inner wisdom by quieting your mind and calming body, and when you are completely relaxed and in a receptive vibration, listen to that still, quiet voice that emanates from deep within you. Trust your connection to this infinite wisdom that every being has. As you make this spiritual practice a part of your everyday life, you feel more balanced, serene, and confident regardless of what is occurring around you. 

As your trust and develop your connection to this inner wisdom and use it as the compass for your journey, your journey becomes less complicated and easier to navigate. You are in the flow of energy as you set your intention to be so. Walk your talk and be present in your now. The angels want to remind you that this cycle of leading by example are your strongest attributes in teaching others about spirituality and leading a spiritual life.
