Look past the seeming errors

Look beyond the mistakes and misunderstandings, and see only love in all things.

See only love within each person, especially yourself. Your angel guidance is to see yourself through the eyes of your angels and you will see the beauty and love that we see in you. From that point of love, the rest of the world can then be seen from the aspect of unconditional love.

Remember that the human journey is not always an easy one and some people appear to do a 'better' job than others. The Angels wish to remind you that you are not all so different, there is no 'more than' or 'less than', all are equal and part of the great Creator energy. Some of you are able to tune into the broader aspect of the experiences more clearly than others.

Nurture and love yourself as you would your child or your animals

Take the time to look at the different aspects of yourself. Ask yourself, "Am I eating food that nourishes my physical temple? Am I breathing fresh air on a regular basis? Is my physical body getting enough movement, and Am I taking the time to feed and nourish my spirit as well?"

Your Angel guidance is to find foods, activities and inspirations that will assist you in being more connected to your physical self, and the beautiful mother earth.

Believe in yourself. Eliminate negative thinking about what nourishes you or how you feel about yourself. Replace any negative thoughts with a desired one such as "I know I can successfully change my eating habits and my life." And, repeat these affirmations at least 5 times a day and watch as your feel more positive and confident about the efforts to adopt a new lifestyle.

Put down your Burdens

Release that which you don't need. Say no to things that you do not want to do. Let others do what they need to do and let them be responsible for themselves. You are not responsible for the actions of those around, only yourself and how you respond to them. Set healthy boundaries for yourself of what is acceptable and what is not. Decide what is your responsibility and what is theirs. You are helping to empower them by allowing them to do their own work. You are helping yourself by releasing the heavy burdens that you carry with you.

Take some time to get away from it all, even if it is just for an afternoon. Go somewhere that is pristine and quiet and just be in the moment of the beauty that surrounds you.
