Take a deep breath

Trust that there is more going on than meets the eye and all things are in order as you live your life to the fullest in each experience. Today is truly a gift and everything is unfolding as it should based on your actions, intentions and focus. Life is happening perfectly, even though it doesn't always seem so at the time. When you are in harmony with the flow of your life there is no need to feel that things are not turning out as planned. There will be times when life flows smoothly and you seem to be in a most perfect flow and at others is necessary to just accept what is and go with the pace that is around you and see any 'delays' as the opportunity to take a look around and notice the little things that you would have missed if you went right by this moment.

Trust that it is all unfolding perfectly and that the timing of every event, opportunity and situation is for a purpose and allow the plans to unfold like the petals of a flower. Trust in the knowingness of the Divine and natures most perfect timing. When doors are open, walk through them. When no door appears, that is when you can pause and reflect, rest and rejuvenate for the next wave that surly will come your way. 

Affirmation: "I trust in the Universal order and know that all things are as they should be and go with the Divine flow of what is."

Reclaim your Authenticity

Remember who you are, who you were and who you are becoming apart from the roles you have cast in your life to fulfill you commitment to others, to your work, and to your family and heed the call of your wild spirit longing once again to feel the freedom of your authenticity and take time out to be free and honour who you are. Allow your own sovereignty and your own freedom to take precedence at this time and reclaim your personal freedom.  Allow your emotions to awaken or open once again and let the wisdom within you flow. 

Find a sacred place or create a sacred space where you can take care of you and not the world around you, where you can nurture yourself, be yourself and take a regular sojourn to this safe haven, no matter how busy life can seem. This is important for your well-being, for your peace of mind and for you to rediscover your authentic self. Dance beneath the light of the moon. Recall your great inner strength and draw upon this revitalized energy and choose again and again to delight in you, your life, your loves, and your pursuit of happiness. 

Affirmation: "I take the time to reclaim my authentic self and feel my spirit soar and be free to discover who I am now and who I am becoming."

Look after yourself 

You are a most precious particle of Creator Light and it is important to value, love, and nurture yourself, for as you do this, you naturally extend this loving energy out to others and empower them to take care of themselves and those in their lives. Angel guidance reminds you that when you take care of the 'whole' you, you then have more of everything to share with others, making a true difference in the lives you touch. 

Take time to care for all of your being, the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life. To help you do this, embark on ways to feed your soul, nourish your temple and expand you understanding and experiences in the world.  Ask your angels to help guide you to a good book, inspiring you to meditate regularly, or perhaps guide you to more healthful lifestyle choices. Whatever ways you choose to nurture and love yourself are just perfect and radiate this loving supportive energy out to everyone and everything around you. 

Affirmations: "My soul is nourished as I cherish and honour myself and others. I grow stronger in spirit every day."

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Direction

There are many possible paths

There are many choices for you to make as you prepare to move ahead in a big way. The best path is the one that feeds your mind, your heart and your soul. It is so important for you to find your balance in this world so you can move on to the next stage unencumbered by the past. If you have been working on your relationship with your higher self, guides and angels, you will know the best path for you to take. If you are just learning to trust your inner guidance, this is a wonderful opportunity to bloom and grow. Take the time to tune in and listen and then notice the signs, as there are many from which to choose.

This is also an opportunity of great spiritual growth and so take the time to nurture the changes that are happening on all levels. Eat healthful food filled with life force energy, move, meditate, and spend time out of doors when you can. Use affirmations to help you create and watch your thoughts. They are a powerful ally or foe, depending on whether or not you are paying attention to how you think and talk to yourself. And, heal your heart. See the grander side of love and know that it is okay to love and feel. Share your light and love with all who seek it, and trust in yourself and your ability to discern for you.

Affirmation: "I know what is the best direction for me to go when I need to make a choice. I trust and follow my inner guidance."

Nurture your creative attributes

Your creativity is the seat of your creation. It helps you connect with all that is as it is a time when you let down your guard and let go. For each of you this is different, some are crafty, some dance, some draw, and some of you appreciate the fine arts, or put your creativity into the meal you serve your family. There are many ways to be creative and to indulge in your passion regularly to feed this part of you. There is great inner peace that can be found here. Seek it out and add more of this energy into your life.

 

 

Know that within you is an inner core strength and can weather any storm. As this becomes your knowing, you are then not presented with so many challenges in this arena for you then have mastered the task at hand. It is also good to have the knowing that we are with you, providing you strength and courage should you ever need it. Let inner peace and confidence be yours and the knowing that you have a support team cheering you on to the finish line so you can move on to the next creative project that feeds your soul.

Follow your intuition

As you learn to follow and trust yourself and your feelings, your material needs are provided for. Cultivate this sense within yourself as it is one of the greatest tools you have. It, like any other muscle needs to be used and worked to stay strong. Take time each day to check in with yourself and ask that your intuition be 'on' throughout the day and whenever you need to make a choice, take a few moments and tune in.
 

Your physical body is an amazing instrument that is fine tuned to the slightest variation and vibration. Learn to decipher your bodies codes and work with that energy. Each and every one of you has this sense and ability, it is just a matter of learning to speaks it's language. As you do this, you will feel as if you have a magic ball that always lets you know what is best and right for you in that moment.
 

Affirmation: "I am learning more and more each day from the signals of my body. The more I learn about myself, the better choices and decisions I make now."

Be brave, be courageous

Many of you are growing through great change, and with great change often comes heart ache, and this is truly not necessary. It is important to always take time to reflect upon ones life at various intervals in order to keep things flowing and in perspective. Do this gently and with love for so very often you judge yourself instead of seeing the bigger picture of the opportunity. Each and every one of you has been through a few wars and battles and it is time to put down your armour and your weapons and find your path to peace and balance once again.

Deep within you is a part of you that contains all the answers and the wisdom that you ever need. It contains all the parts of you to remember. Take the time to cultivate and explore the totality of the yous and you then well on your way to uncovering the divine secrets of alchemy and transformation that you seek. Let us be your guide and teacher as you enter a new phase and unlock the ancient mysteries from within. For many of you are experiencing a culmination of the work of lifetimes and we can assist you to spread your wings and be ready to soar.
