Setting healthy boundaries helps you to create a balanced life. It helps you to create a balanced perspective and helps you to reprogram your cells and create balanced energy. When you define what is acceptable to you and what is not, based on your own moral code and no one else's, you will find that your creativity opens and increases, your senses become more sensitive and you can regain freedom from issues in the past that have affected the quality of your life.
Finding your balance and setting boundaries are an important part of life. It is the recognition that every challenge contains a blessing and so begin to embrace the whole of life by looking for the gifts from each experience. If there is something you could learn from all of this, what would it be? Let go of any fear, or stress, or worry and bring balance and harmony back into your life. Do not worry that others will be unhappy with your new boundaries, that is their issue, it is yours to focus on your own well-being and sense of self.
