Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Intention

Set your intentions daily

After a night of restful sleep and just as you are awakening, ask to remember your dreams and night travels. While still in the energy of awakening, you are still carrying the energy of timelessness that you are in during your sleeping cycle.  Then set your intention for your day. List and consciously plan what you would like to experience during your day, leaving room for plenty of activities that feed your creative side. Set your energy and intention for meetings or work. Ask the angels to set up events and opportunities to be in just the right place today to meet or be inspired on your journey, and ask that you will immediately know that this is a sign from spirit and offer your gratitude for the sharing.  Start expecting them every day, and look for them, consider the message and more will come your way.

Take time to rest and relax. This will increase your energy and stamina for all of your pursuits. Spend time with those you love as this is the energy of your home as this is often where you feel the safest and supported.  If you think you are alone ask your angels, guides and ancestors to surround you in their light. Feel that love and let it heal you as it flows all around you. You always have this energy available to you, ask and it is there. Then, when you feel ready, share that love with others who might think they are alone. This is a great service to humanity.

Affirmation: "I consciously set the energy for my day by setting the intention of which I would like experience. For today I sent my intention to experience kind and loving people and situations that help support me and my goals."

You can also set your intention for your dream time and ask for that which wish to experience and ask to remember your dreams in the morning and keep a dream journal.

And so it is.

You are dearly loved and supported, always, the angels
