Take some time to heal old wounds

Spend some quiet time contemplating your life and allow yourself the time to heal, recoup your energy and stamina and rediscover yourself and who you have become. Be sure that you have forgiven yourself for any perceived weaknesses, or wrong turns, or poor judgement. Remember that it is these situations that helped you grow and blossom in some way that was important for you to transcend and transform.  Follow your spiritual teachings and your growth and you will see the gifts from the experience.

Allow yourself time to make major decisions and know that it is truly all good and do what feels right and best for you. Meditation will provide you the answers that you seek and help you see your choices is the clarity of love. Also ask your guides and your angels to visit you in your dreams and show what each choice looks like further down the road.  When you feel ready and guided, then you know it is time to move forward and on to your next adventure.

Affirmation: "My spiritual practice provides me the answers I seek. I take time for myself to relax, recoup, regenerate, and heal. I feel the love from my entourage of light."

Take some chances and be bold

Take some chances and unleash your wild and adventurous side. It is time to unleash the god/goddess who is longing to creatively express itself through living the changes that make a difference in the world. Take some time out to have some fun, plan an adventure or occasion that is just for you and your growth, you are worth it and it will help you spend some much needed time in the  energy of expansion. All of these help you create the opportunities that are more in keeping with your budding values and understanding of what is real and what is not. 

Ask others to help you instead of trying to do everything yourself and take action where you feel guided. You are in touch with your truth and you need to trust yourself, trust your feelings and act upon them with loving compassion and spiritual confidence. Trust in yourself and your journey. There is so much that is available in your magnificent Universe and it is just waiting for you to arrive at this understanding and tap into your magical abilities to co-create with the Divine. 

Affirmation: "I boldly accept the opportunities and adventures of my life and I step confidently forward, ready to expand my light and becoming the change I wish to see in the world."

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Empowerment

Be Empowered. 

By developing your power and honing your skills, your confidence in yourself rises and you empower yourself with grace, wisdom, understanding, and knowledge. Do not be afraid to exercise your rights in all situations that call upon you to be strong, clear, and forthright. You are not alone and surrounded by angels and guides who want nothing more than to assist you as you become the powerful beings you are becoming. It is a time of power with and as you each take your power, you begin to support each other, even if it doesn't always seem so.

If things around you feel uncertain and you don't know where to go or what to do next, take a moment and call upon Archangel Michael to comfort you. Call upon the Master Jesus and ask to feel his strength and love, and call upon the Almighty Creator of all that IS to enlighten you with understanding and compassion. Let no one diminish you as you are all beautiful sparks of Creator inspired Lights and together you are stronger. Seek out others of like mind and support each other. Release the energy of the ego that believes there is only enough for the one and begin to work together creating a new paradigm for your planet and the people. 

Affirmation: "I am empowered and strengthened as I work together with others to create a better way of being and doing. Together we are stronger."

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Divine Guidance

As you ask, so shall it be

Your angels and guides are answering your prayers, it is just that sometimes your expectation on how they should appear is not really how they appear. Expect to receive an answer, just let go of the how's and the what's and don't give up and move onto something else before you notice them. Be open to the possibilities and the signs, they are there. Also notice how and what you are asking for and be sure that your words and what you need help with are actually in-sync with each other.  

For scenarios to play out, all the right people must be in play. If it involves certain people, everyone must all be ready and in agreement. This can require divine timing in ways that are hard to understand when you are a spirit dressed as a human. Expect that it will happen, just not so much on the how's and the who's as there are many characters in your play to help you along the way. 

Take action as you feel guided. When you are in-touch with your truth and it is important for you to accomplish, remember to have confidence with that truth and lovingly assert yourself towards your goals. Expect miraculous solutions to appear and notice the steps your entourage of guides and angels are sending you through your feeling, thoughts, and dreams. When you ask for help, it is always there, so look around and trust that it is so.

Affirmation: "I am receiving the assistance and guidance that I need to help guide me on my path. I am taking the action steps and following the signs that help to light the way."

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Detoxify

Detoxification of mind, body, and spirit

This is an ideal time for a cleansing and detoxification of your physical body as well as your mental and emotional bodies and become more aware of the thoughts and feelings you hold and carry as your truth. Treat yourself with the care and put in the time it takes as you are worth it.  Nourish yourself and your soul with objects and activities that mirror this new you that has been emerging. Spend some time near water, such as a lake or a stream, or the ocean as this will help to clear you, as well as get your focus and recharge your batteries with new ideas and outlook as you are about to enter a new phase in your life. 

Learning to monitor your thoughts and feelings and becoming aware of the affirmations you are using about yourself, your life and your projects to see if you are not sabotaging your efforts to create a better life. Keep your thoughts, feelings and actions focused on supporting you and your growth. As you become more conscious of yourself and your life, you may find any areas that were not previously working now have the room to grow. Often times it is the thoughts that you are keeping about yourself and your goals that are blocking their manifestation. 

Affirmation: "By monitor my self-talk, thoughts and feelings and using the process of transformation to assist me, my life is changing and I am seeing the desired results manifesting for me."

Step Up 

You are being asked to step forward, take charge and be living your life more in your purpose than ever before. This means living your life from your truth, following your passion and trusting in yourself and your guidance. If you are unsure what your purpose is, then it is time to do things that bring joy, excitement, and passion to your life and your journey. Begin by changing the things you can, even the little things will make a difference and the rest will fall into place as it should. If you are stuck as to what is the next best step to take, don't wait, just take one and trust that there will be another and another and that as you move forward the path will be more clear.

Take the time to enjoy yourself along the way. See the love and the beauty that is around you and in all that you do and let that be the centre of your focus. Ask your guides and angels to help you see more beauty in the hearts and the minds of the people you come in contact with and to help you see more of it all around you. Don't forget to see that beauty in your own heart as well. Your angel guidance is to share your light with others, as that is always a part your purpose and one of the reasons you chose to do a human journey and have a finite experience for your spirit-self.

Affirmation: "I am ready, willing and able to take charge of my life and live my life from my truth. As I take charge of my life, my life begins to change in undreamed of ways."

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Release

Release the heaviness and cast away your burdens

The world of thought often dominates the human experience at the expense of your emotions and it is time to find that balance once again. This can mean that there is something that has been weighing down that needs to be released or perhaps it is just time to become aware and realize that you no longer need to carry the world upon your shoulders and be done with this strain on your emotions and your life. You live so much in the world of air - the intellect - that it is time to once again allow the feeling world to uplift and support you, allowing you to enter the realm of the emotional imagination to do what your head or others tell you cannot be done. Feel the depths and possibilities of your life, create your story, to take flight, to feel and to wonder once again. 

It is time to allow yourself the freedom to feel, and to express your feelings. This will help you to let go of some of that weight you have been holding for far too long. Allow the tears to fall if they need to be released and let it cleanse your very soul and let the emotional wisdom of your spirit be freed. Spend some time in healing waters either physically - which is always best - or take a trip to a healing waterfall in your mind's eye and allow the water to help to cleansed you, to be released from any worries or sadness and feel these thoughts and  feelings no more. Let the energy of water set you free to be, to take flight and let your spirit soar. 

Affirmation: "I release the thoughts and feelings that no longer serve me or my growth so that I may be healed and free soar."
