Spiritual Practice

Setting a few moments to create a practice that helps you to keep your focus, gain clarity, and learn to trust in the journey will help make the path ahead more joyous. You know your purpose deep within you and when you follow your own true self, you become magnetic to your intentions. Be open, be flexible, be consistent. You are fertile in every way. 

It is acceptable not to know. There are mysteries of life that you choose to allow to unfold and this is where trust holds the key. Hold the thoughts and the feelings of the desired outcome in your heart and your mind and trust that it is so. Acceptance allows you to grow and learn to attract what you need instead of struggle so hard to make it happen. Trust and take good care of yourself. 

Affirm; "I am open and completely Abundant. I am Joyful, and I am Happy."

It takes great courage to do this journey

Coming to the Earth plane to experience a life as a human takes great courage. Creating heaven on earth and becoming aware that as above, so below is a huge understanding that many of you are beginning to perceive, co-create and conceive. There is magic in the world and when you begin to tap into it you feel as if you are reborn. If you choose to be a leader in this great shift, there are times when you must have your back to the crowd and this can sometimes feel lonely. Remember that being alone is not the same as being lonely and that being different can be a source of great power. 

Be open to the miracles of the Universe and heal any imbalances you feel in your life. You create your own destiny and are interconnected with the world in an intimate way. Become a co-creator with the divine and know that sometimes things must fall apart to be reborn as you wish it to be. 

Affirm: "I am Vital. I am becoming open and aware. I can perceive the magic in the world. I am a co-creator of my life with the Divine."

Keep Hope Alive in your Heart

There are new opportunities available to you now so be open to the possibilities and pay attention to signs that are there to mark your way. Do not give up or lose hope as you are surrounded by support and love, and love endures, always. Your work may be changing, your life may be changing, or you may be experiencing a surge in your spiritual growth. Know that when you are hopeful in your heart, you will succeed. 

Your angel guidance is to remember that it is important sometimes to physically touch a person. This might include a pat on the back or giving a hug or offering a helping hand. For some, there is nothing more important than a tender touch from someone kind and loving and so let that person be you. Go out in your world and share your feelings of hope, your feelings of love, and your feelings of joy. 

Affirm: "I have hope alive in my heart and embrace the new opportunities that are here for me now."

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Drama

Detach from the Drama

During times of great shifts and energy fluctuations it can be difficult to keep your focus and loose sight of what it is you are working towards. Don't put off working at your life's purpose or your personal and spiritual growth by getting caught up in the drama of others, what is happening around you and in your world. It only distracts you from the tasks at hand and getting on with your own life. If you find yourself being drawn into the world of the human egos, clear yourself completely with an energy bath and transform it back into pure energy with no attachments and return it to the earth or the energy grid to be utilized by all who know of its usage and power. Send those around you love and let it go. 

If you need a good dose of getting lost in a story and pulled into the various plot twists and turns, find yourself a good book to read or a movie that you enjoy. It can be like a mini vacation without the costs or time of leaving home. When you are done you can just close it up and put it away or pass it on to someone else. If you find yourself pulled into the drama of someone else's story, view it like you are reading that book again and imagine it has a happy ending for all, pull yourself out of it and release it back to the Universe. 

Affirmation: "I focus my attention on what is most important for me, my purpose and my life. Wherever my focus goes, that grows and I can consciously choose what thoughts I hold."

Completing Contracts

Many of you are experiencing the ending and completion of some major life contracts and are preparing to move on to new goals and purpose. This can be a bit of a scary time if you don't know what is coming and are wary to take the challenge of this next phase and march ahead. Rest assured, you are safe and protected and surrounded by loving support from your guides and angels. Some of you might even been feeling as if you are going it alone and can't feel your entourage of light beings as you once did. This is because you are in the midst of great change and it truly is of your choosing so set your intention and know that there is much more awaiting you as you do.

Take this time to complete projects, gather information, study and learn for very soon you will be taking this knowledge and putting it to work and seeing how you can make it work in your new phase. Embrace these changes as they are very much part of your purpose and life mission, as it is time for you to be fully immersed in that role.  Make positive, optimistic long term plans for yourself and know that you are on the right path and some wonderful happy times are ahead. Use your creativity and trust the insights and inner feelings you have as these are your signs and compass meant to assist you on the path.

Affirmation: "I am eager to begin this next phase in my journey. I am ready to release my completed contracts so that more of what I desire to create has the room to grow."

You are on a journey of self discovery

Explore your life as if you are out searching for new frontiers. Let your inner guidance help to show the way and trust that you deserve the best, because you do. Reach for the stars with your dreams and your desires and do not compromise or settle for less than your pure heart desires. You live in an abundant Universe and there is enough for everyone. Trust that you will receive what you need and be open to receive it, then leave the how up to God and your angels and as this unfolds for you, ask that it happen in a way that brings happiness and joy as you explore your new frontiers.

While your dreams and desires are coming to fruition, keep your focus on noticing the signs of which way to go, and keep charging along. Create a happy home and work environment for yourself and settle for nothing less. Keep your thoughts positive and supporting you. Use affirmations as they are powerful tools you use every day, it is just that oftentimes you are not listening to the affirmations you are using in your thoughts and what you speak. Follow your heart

Follow the guidance of your heart. Your heart is the centre of your being and when you choose to consciously look deeper within, you are taping into a wellspring of wisdom that is innately yours. Allow any unwanted thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to be released, as they do not serve you. Allow your heart and mind to be open to greater possibilities. Trust you will receive what you need and that your inner guidance will come to you as you need it. 

Visualize whatever your hearts true desire is. See where you are heading at this time on your current path – are you close to reaching your goal? Does the path ahead seem paved with gold or with uncertainty or perhaps even dread? Ask which way brings you closer to creating the reality you desire, or what path leads you away?.  What is your next best step? Are you willing to do those steps and if so, check in with your angels every day to see your progress, to watch and grow from our perspective. Be brave, trust yourselves, and don't give up. 

Affirmation: "I am clearly guided on what is the best path for me to take. As I look into my heart, I know what to do."

There are always choices

Sometimes if you take a minute and look at things, you see there is a possibility or better options or choices that are available to you that you had no seen previously. Keep your eyes on the prize and keep your balance and be open to compromise as sometimes when you work together, you get the best answers. Together you are stronger and learning to support and nurture one another is important. Knowing there is enough for all helps you to want for more for those around you  as well as yourself and this is becoming an understanding and reality of the empowered.

It is time to move forward with determination and self-control as that will allow for the advancement you desire for yourself and your growth. Acknowledge the successes of others as this new beginning will attract that success to you and this change will help to bring about the changes you desire and a happy and rewarding life. Remember that success comes from objective compromise and following your heart, be patient, the rewards you seek are there and coming, are you preparing to receive them? Be open and allowing.

Affirmation: "I keep my eyes on the prize as I see the results of my work manifesting in my reality."

Spend some time alone, in solitude and rediscover yourself

It is important to take time out, be alone with yourself and your thoughts and be without other humans for a while, as you are never truly alone, and consider what you truly think, feel, believe and know about yourself. It is important to see yourself through your eyes or your angels eyes and not just who you are through the eyes of others as this is so often the case when your lives are filled with work, family, and obligations and you get so used to the 'who you are' in the eyes of those around you and the expectations they have of you.

Your angel guidance is to take time out just for you to discover who you truly are, especially now with all the shift and changes that you have been experiencing of late. Please take the time to get to know who you are when there is nothing between you and your own soul, mind, body, and spirit. There is much to think about in your new world, so take the time to wonder. It is a great time to also become quieter and observe and listen to what is unfolding around you. Listen to your own thoughts and discover how you respond and react, and discover who you are becoming. 

By taking time out to be alone, you give back to yourself your own voice and vision, and develop more understanding and compassion. Become aware, contemplate and see that you are all children of this planet, of the stars, and as you proclaim your individual soul amongst all of this, that you also have a responsibility to each other and are each an important part of All that Is. 

Affirmation: "As I find solitude and contemplate my life, I rediscover who I am and who I am becoming as I see myself through the eyes of my angels and the new me that is emerging and the importance of my connection to the All the Is."

Release the heaviness and cast away your burdens

The world of thought often dominates the human experience at the expense of your emotions and it is time to find that balance once again. This can mean that there is something that has been weighing down that needs to be released or perhaps it is just time to become aware and realize that you no longer need to carry the world upon your shoulders and be done with this strain on your emotions and your life. You live so much in the world of air - the intellect - that it is time to once again allow the feeling world to uplift and support you, allowing you to enter the realm of the emotional imagination to do what your head or others tell you cannot be done. Feel the depths and possibilities of your life, create your story, to take flight, to feel and to wonder once again. 

It is time to allow yourself the freedom to feel, and to express your feelings. This will help you to let go of some of that weight you have been holding for far too long. Allow the tears to fall if they need to be released and let it cleanse your very soul and let the emotional wisdom of your spirit be freed. Spend some time in healing waters either physically - which is always best - or take a trip to a healing waterfall in your mind's eye and allow the water to help to cleansed you, to be released from any worries or sadness and feel these thoughts and  feelings no more. Let the energy of water set you free to be, to take flight and let your spirit soar. 

Affirmation: "I release the thoughts and feelings that no longer serve me or my growth so that I may be healed and free soar."

Take time out to enjoy your life.

It is always important to take time for you, take a moment and delight in the wonders of everyday and celebrate in it. Celebrate each day of your life. Take action today to take care of yourself. Take the time to eat foods that nourish your physical body, as well as nourish your spirit. Go outside and breath some fresh air and marvel in all of the beauty that is around you, as this too feeds you physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. This is also a good time to take a look at your life and take action and change those parts of your life that aren't working for you or that you are unhappy with.

Celebrate with others, celebrate with those you love and create great energy filled with laughter and lightness. Your Angel guidance is to remember to celebrate and honour all things great or small in your life, honour who you are and watch the grandness and joy that it creates in your life. This is creative energy at its finest and it can help you in so many ways. It helps to heal your body, your mind and your heart, it helps you gain focus and clarity and to have the kind of life that fills and satisfies you and helps you to grow. 

Affirmation: "I celebrate each moment of my life. As I celebrate all things great and small that are important to me my life changes in wonderful ways and in the process of celebration more joy comes my way."

A time of abundance 

As you gather your resources and begin to prepare for the changes that are coming your way, just as the seasons change, plan for the next cycle and prepare for the coming times by planning, preparation, and planting the seeds you wish to sow as a part of your bounty. You live on fertile ground, however it must be prepared, in order to receive the maximum benefits which you wish to bestow upon yourself. Plant the seeds of your desires right now so that they can bloom and grow and feed you what you long for within your heart. 

This time is about sowing and reaping from your garden, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Share your desires with your angels, visualize yourself reaping the rewards of your harvest, and gather together and receive without guilt, for you have worked hard to get to this time and place and there is no need to be afraid or block what you have asked for. See the abundance of the Universe pouring out to you. Open your heart and your mind to receive.

Affirmation: "I open my heart and my mind to the abundance of the Universe as I gather my resources, reap the rewards from a bountiful harvest and prepare for the next phase by planting the seeds of my desire."
