Healing the
past
It is time to heal the past and transform feelings that you are
holding on to that are no longer. You are ready for a new beginning.
When you hold on to hurt feelings or the pains of the past, a
great sadness is carried around and this affects all of your bodies, the
physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Release it, forgive it, and let it
go. Know that you did the best you could at that time and open your heart and
your mind to allow whatever is coming up next for you to happen in grander ways.
Thought for today: You are ready to move on to something more. Let go
of the past so you can move on without resistance.
