Seeing the Silver Lining
Use this time to do a little introspection and review things that feel incomplete. (If they are on your mind, they are incomplete.) When you can see and feel the gift from an experience and let it go, then you know you have healed it and are ready to move on to something more.
Setting healthy boundaries is an important part of the process. Learning to trust your own thoughts and feelings, and know that they are yours and not someone else's is important. The empaths find this one particularly challenging, but know that you are the master and you can do this.
Thought for today: Review and release any patterns of disharmony in your life so that you can move on to more rewarding experiences.
