Part of your learning has been about remembering to not take on too much. If you are spread too thin, you don't have the time or energy to focus on your work. Relax and find a place of ease with your world

Sometimes when you try to make things happen you are met with obstacles and challenges. That is the Universes way of telling you that something isn't quite there yet. It might be you, it might be the circumstances you are looking for, regardless, it is time to just learn to go with the flow for a bit while you are finding your bearings once again.

When things are not turning out as planned or you feel discontent in your choices, then you know it is time to stop and take a deeper look. It is okay to make changes when the reality is not quite as you imagined. That is the joy of the human experience. Enjoy the unfolding process by letting go and going with the flow a little more, for when you do, amazing things begin to happen.

Try transforming doubt, and 'your not good enough' immediately into something like 'You can do this', 'I've got this' or 'I am ready for this'. Make a statement that empowers you and leads you to a better feeling place.

Everything is perceptual 

Remember as you are going through your life that everything is perceptual and you each see things from your own perspective, from your own experience. Continually replaying a past you don't like only keeps you playing in that vibration. If you want to see a different life unfolding, look at the thoughts you are holding about yourself and what you expect to experience. 

Negative thoughts and emotions are an indication that you are resisting what you actually want to create for yourself. If you find yourself in this loop, stop. Let your dominant focus be on the positive - wanted things, thoughts and feelings.

Thought for today: Say to yourself, "I am going to relax and expect things to turn out better, even better than I can imagine!" And then just let it go. It really is that simple.

Today is a good day to take your inner child out to play. Spend some time with your four year old self and ask him or her what they would like to do today. Ask them what they would like you to re-remember and ask them to help you live more in the moment and have some fun. 

There is much that wise young being has to share with you and sometimes this exercise can help you see what has been blocking you from moving on to the life you know you came here to live.

What does your soul want you to know? 

Begin to lead a more intuitive life by taking time each day to check in with your 'self' to discover what message you have for yourself this day. This is an important step in learning to regularly connect with your true self as well as the best guidance system for you as this is you talking to you. 

Establishing this connection is easy and natural. It is a form of meditation that only requires a peaceful and comfortable place, and the desire to just quiet your thoughts, connect with yourself, and then listen to the promptings of your soul self. These messages, thoughts, or feelings should feel limitless and filled with love. Don't analyze or over think these right now, just allow and feel, release and let go and move on.

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Overthinking

Are you spending too much of your time overthinking? 

One of the biggest causes of dissatisfaction, distraction, and unhappiness is overthinking things. Too much mental energy is put into the process and not enough feeling. This mostly happens when you are in a cycle of "Its all about me." While the journey is about you, not everything that is going on around is about you. Let go of that thinking as that is truly what is standing in your way. 

Get out of your own head for a moment and listen. Listen to your own words and then your thoughts and see if perhaps that is exactly what you are not wanting. Are you complaining or looking outside of yourself for solutions or do you stop and look within for an answer from that small quiet voice that encourages you to look for a better way? Are you thinking positively or playing lip service to positive thinking while not truly believing it for  yourself? 

Remember, changing your focus is easy. Begin to focus on the positives in you, in your life and all around you. Look for the wonderful things that are happening and choose better thinking thoughts from there. When you see that you truly have nothing to complain about, like becomes filled with endless possibilities.

Thought for today: One of the quickest ways to discover your thought process is to ask yourself what you have to complain about today and then listen to your answer.

Life is about finding your Balance

Finding your way back into balance and harmony with the Universe is the best way to approach life. It is simple and will change how you experience each day. It is a simple process that you perform whenever you find you need to return to balance and harmony with your world. 

Sit down and make yourself comfortable, preferably somewhere you won't be disturbed for a few minutes. Take a deep breath, release it forcefully. Notice how you are feeling. Relax your body. How are you feeling now? Relax your body some more and go deeper. How are you feeling now? Relax your body more. How are you feeling now?

If this is your first experience using breath-work, stop here and notice how differently you feel now than when you began. Each day we want you to go a little deeper and a little further until you have reached a cycle of 9. 

Notice now how much deeper you can go and stay present and how much more you are connected to the flow of the Universal energy.

Thought for today: Practice the process of relaxing and going deeper and notice how quickly you return to balance and harmony with All that Is.

Change is happening all around you

There is a discomfort in change that you often attempt to avoid and that just prolongs things and stops the expansion you are asking for. It literally cuts off your desires from manifesting. Allow change. Face the discomfort head on and know that is the fastest way through it. The answers will come when you get out of your own way. 

The first step is always deciding that you are no longer willing to stay where you are and this comes from a desire for something more for yourself and your life. Change doesn't come from comfort or longing, it comes from action and a need to find something beyond what is. Fill your mind with positive and thoughts and stay away from negative people for awhile so you can regain your footing as you navigate the changes.
