Allow for a time of just Being
We need you. It is important for you open up to more of the richness of life. Find your place of unconditional allowing. This is not easy as you are used to spending so much of your time just doing and keeping busy in order to be productive, but it is this very action that stops you from seeing the results you are longing for.
Meditate for 15 minutes everyday just to feel good and allow, every day. You cannot be your best to anyone, including yourself, when you are not feeling your best. Start a book of positive aspects. In this book you can only write about positive thoughts, observations, and feelings you have about yourself, your life, your world, and others. Spend time each day writing in this book.
The Thought for today is: "Together we are stronger and we can choose to hold our intentions and attentions on a better way. Let us each choose wisely."
