Open your Heart Centre
It is safe for you to love and be loved with an open heart. Your angels stand by your side with perfect protection and guidance. Your heart is the centre within your physical being attuned most to love. Visualize your heart centre swirling with energy and opening to feel deeply the feelings that make life so precious. Send waves of light and love to your core so that you will radiate this light back out to the world as there can never be too much unconditional love.
Your angels want you to know that the answer to all your questions rests within your heart. The more that you open your heart, the more love, joy, and peace you will feel. You can open your heart chakra by asking your angels to send you our healing energy, then visualize your heart surrounded by a soft pink light, by inhaling the fragrance of pink roses, by holding or wearing rose quartz crystals, a heart shaped pendant near your heart and by focusing on love.
The Mantra for today is: "I am Love, I am Light. I radiate waves of love from my heart centre out to the world."
