Meditation is a vital key

Connecting with your guides and angels and most importantly, your higher self are strengthened through a regular meditation practice. Within each of you is this amazing storehouse of wisdom and knowledge and it is readily available, however you must practice in order to understand and trust that this is so. When you first began to walk, you did not get up and run and be perfect at it right away. You fell and stumbled and finally you made it with a few bumps and bruises along the way. But, you did not give up until you mastered that skill and you still work at it this day. You must practice.

As you practice connecting and learn to trust in what you sense and feel, you will find that you can learn supremely important information about life, the universe and all that is. You can experience a heightened awareness and experience some profound insights into knowledge and understanding the mysteries of life, the spirit and the divine.

Choose what feels right for you
 

Discernment is sensing what feels right, and trusting that feeling, determining what feels right and brings value to your life.
 

Your angel guidance is to look deeper at all the relationships, people and situations in your life right now and responding with your inner feelings.
 

Feelings that come from inside like the quiet voice within you that says. "Don't do that", or "Don't go there" or "follow that feather and see where it lands," or perhaps even "Say hello and smile at that person." These are all promptings from your inner being, your spirit self that is always connected to your physical self. As you look deeper into your relationships, see love that underlies all of them. Let that love be your guide.
 

Use discernment in all that you do. Take the gift offered from everything that you do, read, and see. If you are reading or listening to something that doesn't feel right, send it love. If it feels completely wrong to you, politely smile and excuse yourself from the situation. If you can't leave it at that moment, take a few deep breaths, feel yourself surrounded by love and just be in the moment. Take in only that which resonates to you in that moment, and just leave the rest. It might be helping others at levels that are not a part of your journey.

Always be the best you can be

Try each day to offer the best of yourself. This is fluid and your best will change from day to day, moment to moment, so be gentle with yourself. Be gentle with those around you as they too are trying their best, even if it doesn't appear so at the time. Each of you have your days that are better than others and moments that you wish you could take back and have a do over. You can in a way as tomorrow is another day. There is always room to move and improve and so much more yet to come.
 

Do not compare yourself with others. Honour each other and the path that they have chosen. It matters not that you would choose that path, it matters only that you support and honour who they are. You, and everyone else, are an important piece of the puzzle. Each one of you have, at some time, been there and done that as you learned and grew, so be ever so patient with those that follow for they too are just learning to make their way.

Co-operation and Harmony

Relationships are part of the human experience and require nurturing and love in order to grow. Take some time out of your day to be a friend to another and in turn, you will attract friendships based on mutual support, trust and understanding. You don't always have to agree with your friends, just be one. Ask your angels to help you attract more spiritually based friendships that are a balance of give and take, of inhalation, and exhalation, and to help blossom your existing relationships to new heights.

You deserve caring and loving people in your life, who treat you with love and respect always, just as it is equally important for you to be that for others. Cultivate your existing relationships with the harmony and balance that you seek and allow for healing to take place where it needs to. Be open to new dimensions to the relationships you have with everyone and in all that you do.

Call upon Archangel Raguel to assist with this healing as he is the perfect mediator and can help bring harmony and co-operation into any situation. Ask that you see the spiritual aspect in all of your interactions with others and to bring harmony and balance back to the middle way.

It is time to get moving

What motivates you to keep going and to succeed in your endeavours? In order for you to reach the heights that you desire, the motivations should come from within. Take the time and look within and find the passion that dwells within you and let it bubble up to the surface and be the energy to help your drive and determination. It truly does not matter what you choose, it matters how you enjoy the trip. You have spent lifetimes building up to this one and you knew this time it would be different than any journey you have done before. Choose activities that excites your mind and feeds your spirit, as that is the natural flow and order of the Universe.
 

Call upon your angels to give you courage to take the next step. Feel us by your side, loving you, comforting you, and supporting you. Ask for us to overlight your day and help you be more kind and compassionate with others, and support each other. It is not a competition where only one of you will win, it is a team effort and all of you are playing for the same team against yourselves. Ask your angels to bring you opportunities that you cannot miss and to help you reach the stars.

Use affirmations to help you create the belief system that matches your desires. Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Harmony

Find the balance in each body

Find the peace in your world. As you do this, your spirit begins to shine forth for others to see and feel and for you to help them to light there way by your shining example.

Take a deep breath and release any energy that does not serve you and take a few of these breaths. Sink into that beautiful and loving energy that dwells within you and spread that light all around you and through you. When you feel completely relaxed and feel at one with all that is, hold this feeling of love and balance within you, within your very DNA and let it be your intent that at any time you find yourself out of balance with your world, you can close your eyes, take a deep breath and be in this energy. Then, when you open your eyes, you will be seeing your world from the perspective of being connected with everything and filled with compassion. This is how you can see your world, regardless as to what is going on around you.

 

Seek out each day to find harmony with where you are at and what you are doing. Start your morning by setting the intent for what you expect to experience and hold that thought within you as you go about your day. The clearer you are, the more likely you will see the creations you desire. Enrich yourself and your life with people, places and things that bring harmony to your world.

You are supported in many ways. Let your angels offer you comfort when you need it and know that they can also help support your desires and plans. You are never alone and dearly loved. Wisdom is powerful

Wisdom comes from deep within you. Wisdom involves understanding how all your life experiences have come to shape the person and soul you have become. It involves understanding how your life experiences have shaped the very fabric of your Universe, as you are an important part of the whole. This is also vital for your spiritual growth. Ask your angels to help you trust your inner wisdom and use it everyday in your life.
 

Let your true power emerge. It is time for you to use your inner strength and might to make the changes that you desire to be living your life more in your purpose. True power is grounded in spiritual awareness, and it all has to do with trusting and using your inner wisdom, standing your ground, and speaking your truth. Use your power with love and it will always guide you where you want to go in life's journey.

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ El Morya

It is a time of purification

It is time for a cleansing and detoxification of your body, heart, mind and spirit. Doing this regularly allows for an increase in you intuition, energy, and your ability to receive and give to others. Cleanse yourself and your energy each day and more often if you are in a toxic environment. As lightworkers awakening, you have a tendency to absorb the energy, emotions, and or feelings of those around you. It can be overwhelming in the moment and so remember to cleanse your energy before you shield yourself in particularly harsh situations as it often gets locked in with you when you feel you need times of protection.

When you are clear of others, it is far easier to deal with what is yours. Sometimes it is hard to tell when you are clouded by the energy of all those that are around you, especially those who live in the densely populated areas. Be sure to have your auric field close to your self unless you want it out there for a particular reason. On the whole, it should be keep within 45 cm or 18 inches of your person.

When you are clear, balanced and focused on your journey, it then that you have time and the energy to look into your heart and decide what your true desires really are and begin to work on them. This is for you and only you to decide. Following your divine passion is truly a magical experience and one worth pursuing. As you expand your sensitivities to your world and learn to be in your world, as that is part of having a physical journey, you are experiencing the totality of all of your journeys.

Understanding brings knowledge

Knowledge brings understanding. It is not always what you learn from a book, it is trusting that when you need something, it is available to you. Discernment is the key when you are seeking understanding outside of yourself. Trusting is the key when you are seeking understanding from within. Ask the questions and you will find an answer that is right for you at the time. Ask the question again to a later you and you will find that the answer has changed. It is not that the truth has changed, it is that your understanding becomes greater as you grow.
 

Knowing that you can always find what you need when you need it frees you up to pursue your dreams. You always have the freedom of choice. Ask the angels to help you see alternatives and to help you act in love. To give you courage to follow your heart and freedom from restrictions and to soar high. Choose to be free, and to be yourself. Take the knowledge that you are amazing and can create anything you desire and run free with it.

There are many possible paths

There are many choices for you to make as you prepare to move ahead in a big way. The best path is the one that feeds your mind, your heart and your soul. It is so important for you to find your balance in this world so you can move on to the next stage unencumbered by the past. If you have been working on your relationship with your higher self, guides and angels, you will know the best path for you to take. If you are just learning to trust your inner guidance, this is a wonderful opportunity to bloom and grow. Take the time to tune in and listen and then notice the signs, as there are many from which to choose.

This is also an opportunity of great spiritual growth and so take the time to nurture the changes that are happening on all levels. Eat healthful food filled with life force energy, move, meditate, and spend time out of doors when you can. Use affirmations to help you create and watch your thoughts. They are a powerful ally or foe, depending on whether or not you are paying attention to how you think and talk to yourself. And, heal your heart. See the grander side of love and know that it is okay to love and feel. Share your light and love with all who seek it, and trust in yourself and your ability to discern for you.

Nurture your creative attributes

Your creativity is the seat of your creation. It helps you connect with all that is as it is a time when you let down your guard and let go. For each of you this is different, some are crafty, some dance, some draw, and some of you appreciate the fine arts, or put your creativity into the meal you serve your family. There are many ways to be creative and to indulge in your passion regularly to feed this part of you. There is great inner peace that can be found here. Seek it out and add more of this energy into your life.

 

 

Know that within you is an inner core strength and can weather any storm. As this becomes your knowing, you are then not presented with so many challenges in this arena for you then have mastered the task at hand. It is also good to have the knowing that we are with you, providing you strength and courage should you ever need it. Let inner peace and confidence be yours and the knowing that you have a support team cheering you on to the finish line so you can move on to the next creative project that feeds your soul.

Prepare yourself to soar

Get really clear on what it is you are working on next and dream big. Let go of any small thoughts of yourself and completely release them. You are preparing for a new phase, the clearer your intent and the more you can keep your focus, the faster, bigger and brighter your creations will be. Don't worry about the hows, trust that if you have asked for assistance it will come. The more you consciously create, the more magical it becomes.

The energy is ripe for creations right now. Dive right in and find your passion. Let nothing and no one, especially yourself, hold you back. Reach for your dreams, reach for the stars and you will feel rewarded. Offer your gratitude each day, for there is so much to be grateful for and that energy is part of the cycle of giving and receiving. Be open to all the universe has to offer and trust that you are worthy and deserving.

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Guidance

Learn to trust yourself

Take the time to develop a symbiotic relationship with your higher self, and your entourage of light beings as they want nothing more than to assist you on your path. Take the time to quiet yourself and go within, either when you are talking a walk in the garden, or nature, in meditation or even in a wonderful luxurious bath filled with salts and scents to help you feel your connection to all that is. In those moments, ask your questions and be open to receive the answers that you seek.

Trusting is not always easy, especially if you feel in the past that you trusted and it let you down. Take a good, deep look at the choices and decisions that you made and chances are there is a point when you stopped believing in its creation or were giving up your power to another. Divine timing is sometimes hard to understand however if your creations depend upon the actions of others, then they won't happen until everything is in place, and often you are too impatient for the results and move on to something else. Look into your heart, and be honest with yourself and also remember to be kind and gentle too. Remember that you did the best you could at the time and release any thoughts of less than that can dwell within you.

Take baby steps at first, as it is not always easy to learn to trust yourself again as you did when you were first learning how to function in this world with your new physical bodies in finite form. Trust that you are worthy and deserving of all that you receive and desire to create. Create affirmations and mantras to help you keep your focus and most important, believe in yourself and your ability to trust that you will receive the guidance that you seek and that your are indeed deserving of creating everything you desire. As you practice and become a magical creator, your light will shine even brighter as it helps you to grow and bloom and that very presence will become a guiding light for others along the way.

Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Fluidity

Go with the flow

Allow the motion around you to move and meld with it's environment, smooth, flowing and graceful. Let your inspirations be your guide as you move along your path. Keep your thoughts and ideas flowing freely and offer your gratitude for those you act upon and more will flow your way. If your attention is on lower thoughts of worry and strife, your thoughts and inspirations get stuck and blocked. This can lead to dis-ease, whereas when you are focused and positive, that frees you up for new ideas and information to assist to flow easily to you.

When you are focused and free flowing, good and wanted things flow your way, and the good things in life just keep the currents of positive energy flowing to you and through you, allowing in the positive and wanted energy and ideas. If unwanted thoughts come into your mind, cancel and clear them right away and focus on something that offers you the feeling of love, desire and inspiration.

To lift your spirits, take some time to focus inward and recall a time in your life when you felt like you were on top of the world and let that be your natural and true essence and allow it to flow through your entire being, bathing every cell of your body with the remembrance of a time when you were happy and fulfilled, and remember the sights, the sounds, and the smells as this energy helps you create more of what you desire. Let those feelings be your inspiration.
