The Angels want you to know...
“It might just be time to lighten up your load by
letting others help you now and then. Lightworkers are especially prone to burn
out as you are often burning the candle at both ends while you try to make a
difference in the world. First off, you are not alone on your journey and you
have help – it is important to ask. Also, let others ask you instead of
automatically meeting their needs...especially at the expense of your own. Self-first,
means you are better use to yourself and the universe. When you take the time
to honour yourself, others will follow in kind. Let go for a bit and let the
energy settle, then take a look and decide where to put your focus and
intention and do so with all of your heart.”
Thought for today: “Let the weight of the world be lifted of your
shoulders, you are not Atlas.”
