Your body is your temple
Keeping a focus on nourishing your body is
important. Purifying your body on all four levels, the physical – watching what
you eat and drink and becoming more conscious of the effects substances have on
your overall being.
The Emotional – sometimes it is easier to carried
away with what nourishes you when you are focused on emotional aspects, so
during these times find healthy choices that nourish you…it sometimes is just a
transformation of the mental body that is required to rethink this.
Mental – understanding how you food, activities,
and health will help you to master this world. Going on a negativity diet and
cut out negative things or should we say go on a positivity diet and bring in
more beneficial things.
The spiritual – when you master the spiritual
aspects, everything changes and your being becomes the temple to help you
master this world.
Thought for today: Nourish your
body, your mind, and your Soul. As you do, it offers you deeper insights,
growth, and nurturing, so that you can feel more in balance with the flow of
life.
And so it is
