Take time out to feel peace and tranquility
It is important for you to create certain feelings you can draw upon during chaotic times and peace and calm is definitely one of these powerful emotions that you can do this with. Take the time to find your sacred space within and ask that your cells remember the feelings. It is easy once you try it, and anytime you need to find that space again, you only have to recall the thoughts and feelings of that time and your cells remember and a wave of peace washes over you, as if like magic, and you feel better once again.
Do this with any energy that revitalizes you. You can do this also for success. Just recall a time when you felt great satisfaction from a job well done. Build on the energy that you know and want to create a repeating pattern for yourself. These are the kind of habits you want to create for yourself.
Thought
for today: Infuse your body, your mind and your spirit with the energy of peace and tranquility, then, you can recall that energy anytime you need it. Trust that your cells remember and know what to do when you ask.
