Life is about finding your Balance
Finding your way back into balance and harmony with the Universe is the best way to approach life. It is simple and will change how you experience each day. It is a simple process that you perform whenever you find you need to return to balance and harmony with your world.
Sit down and make yourself comfortable, preferably somewhere you won't be disturbed for a few minutes. Take a deep breath, release it forcefully. Notice how you are feeling. Relax your body. How are you feeling now? Relax your body some more and go deeper. How are you feeling now? Relax your body more. How are you feeling now?
If this is your first experience using breath-work, stop here and notice how differently you feel now than when you began. Each day we want you to go a little deeper and a little further until you have reached a cycle of 9.
Notice now how much deeper you can go and stay present and how much more you are connected to the flow of the Universal energy.
Thought for today: Practice the process of relaxing and going deeper and notice how quickly you return to balance and harmony with All that Is.
