You have come along way. You have gotten through many things you thought were impossible at the time, and yet you persevered and got to the other side. So far, you are 100%, and so on those tough mornings, just take a really deep breath, remind yourself you can do this and then set your intention and your thinking on how you would like the rest of your day to go from there.
Give yourself space and watch what happens. Make it a daily habit to determine the events that shape your day in advance through the power of your thoughts. Then throughout the day, remember to bring your awareness into the here and the now and realize that everything is okay, regardless of anything that is going on around you.
Thought for today: Throughout your day remember to just breathe, calm your mind, your body and your thoughts. This help to reduce stress. Then, push the reset button and and begin again.
