Becoming more Mindful
As you become more mindful, you begin to observe life as it unfolds without judgment. That is the key, the releasing of judgment. Become more mindful by allowing your feelings to emerge. Just allow them to happen without judging what they mean. If there is any struggle with this, then keep releasing the judgments. Don't be hard on yourself as you learn to master this as it is a process that might take a bit of time to unlearn.
As you become mindful, you can allow your thoughts to unfold and then take action based on what you feel is right and best for you rather than from old habits, old beliefs, or even just for convenience. You begin to notice your thoughts, but not buy into them, and put action into the ones that support your goals, letting the rest go.
