Be Well
Take time out to rest, rejuvenate and balance your life on a
regular basis. Allow time to meditate and receive the answers that you seek.
Allow time to just be and take some deep breaths and relax your body. This is
one of the best gifts you can give yourself and it helps to keep you energized,
focused and on task.
Don’t be afraid to put your wellbeing first. When you are at your
best, you can better use your talents and skills to assist others. Honour your
