Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Relax and Enjoy

Take a Break
Many of you are working so hard and trying to create a better life, to be in service, to find and be in your life's mission that sometimes you forget that it is important to just play. Making changes and working towards expanding your vibration can sometimes feel like you need to strain and work too hard, and then get lost or lose your focus.

Stop and divert your attention through stillness or noncompetitive play. Any kind of playfulness will shake up ruts and routines, and provides energy to regain perspective on what is important and what is not, to help bring in fresh ideas and clear the energy around you. Celebration and joy create the energy of gratitude and allows you to swim in the stream of bliss that continuously feeds you everything that you need.

Your angel guidance is to remember that nurturing yourselves provides you with more energy, abundance, peace, purpose, and anything that you desire. Balance giving to others with receiving for yourself. Nurture your inner child. Playing is a natural form of meditation, it opens the heart chakra and allows the creative spirit to tap in to divine wisdom. Get outside and use that extra oxygen to spark new ideas and bring that joyful energy your way.

Affirm: "When I take the time to just get outside and do something I enjoy, I feel more focused and inspired to tackle the things that come my way."

And so it is

You are dearly loved and supported, always, the angels

Thank you, Mahalo, Merci, Gracias, Vielen Dank, Grazie, Спасибо, Obrigado, 谢谢, Dank, 謝謝, Chokran,Děkuji
