We wish you a wonderful day and thank you for being a part of each day through our messages, it is an honour to share in your experience in whatever humble way we do.
Sometimes over the holidays we find ourselves surrounded by different energy mixes and it can be a challenge for the empaths and newly awaking ones and so we share with you a little exercise to help ground you in a state of love and remaining there regardless what is happening around you or even because of it.
Feel a connection between heaven and earth with threads of rainbow lights and connect your body, mind and soul. Focus on the joy of being yourself and in touch with all that is while you are on earth.
Say, "Divine Spirit, strengthen me and my connection to my own divinity and allow me to see the divinity within me and also within in others, Thank you."
At any time throughout your day you need to repeat this exercise, do so and have a beautiful day of living in the light.
And so it is
