Look for the Joy
Look for the delight and the wonder of each new day and rejoice in the beauty of it all and celebrate. Celebrate your day because it is a new day, a new opportunity to seize the day and make it like no other. Join together with others and celebrate when you can for it is when you are together that you are strongest and most powerful. Honour all things in your life, great and small and celebrate all that you can. This puts you in the mode of receiving as well as giving and attracts more of that to you.
Take several deep breaths in and exhale slowly to awaken this energy within you and you will feel alive in ways you had not imagined for joy brings with it healing and possibilities and so much more. Allow the waves of appreciation and celebration be your healer and release any unwanted energy as it sweeps over you and take charge of your life in positive ways.
Affirmation: "My life is a celebration and there is plenty of joyful events in which to celebrate. I breath deeply from the pools of peace and delight in the beauty of each moment."
