Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Balance

Finding the middle way
Keeping balance can sometimes be a challenge, especially when you are receiving high cycles of energy. Take the time to stop, and reconnect with your thoughts and feelings. Take a deep breath or two and relax. It is most important that you feel balanced or at the very least, trust that you are getting there and not at the extreme poles of apathy or out of control. You always have a choice on how you choose to act or respond.

Ask your angels to help you find that balance for yourself where you feeling a sense of co-operation and compromise as these thoughts and feelings lead to a life that is content and peaceful. Finding the middle way in your spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical world helps you achieve what you would like to create and keeps you healthy and strong. It helps you to get things done so that you can move on the opportunities and projects that are really important to you instead of feeling like perhaps you are going under for the 3rd the time and you are flailing about madly trying to save yourself without noticing that someone has thrown you a life preserver and all you need to do is slow down, and grab hold.

Take the time to feel your centre and look around. See what choices and opportunities your willingness to expand your life and light have made available to you and keep the faith that it will happen and be open to receive.

Affirmation: "When I take the time to breath, look around and see what is available to me, I know that I can consciously choose how I respond to situations and my life becomes more balanced and centred once again."

And so it is

You are dearly loved and supported, always, the angels
