Take a moment each day and make a plan. Setting your intention will assist in creating the kind of flow you would like to experience. Eat a healthful diet, if you aren’t nourishing your vessel, it will eventually breakdown. Get out and move, dance, walk, run, and breathe some fresh air. Meditate and get in touch with the ‘inner you’. Educate yourself in an area you want to grow.”
