It is an important time on your journey to take care of yourself

Not only physically, but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Now is the time to focus on your self. This is not to say, be selfish, but put your self first. When you are in a state of balance, harmony and joy, you are of far better service to the Universe and those you love. It is time to focus with purposeful action and intention on where you need to have balance in your four realms.

Check within your inner beingness to see if you are out of balance in any of these realms and ask us to come and assist you in finding creative and fun ways we can bring that balance back. The very process of checking in each day is a huge part of balancing the spiritual realm.

Spend time each day in nature, or create your own little sanctuary of plants and flowers, and commune with Mother Earth, connect with your physical world, and eat live foods from the earth, swim and play in her waters. Read books, take classes, listen to and immerse yourself in activities that help you grow and evolve, that nourish your soul. Meditate, meditate, meditate.

Let your heart expand, do the work of surrendering and releasing unfulfilled expectations and unforgivenness. See the gift and the beauty in all things and move forward with your truth, trust and passion.

Know that this is not always easy, especially in the beginning of expansion, yet as you move forward, you will see the light-en-ing on the path and will feel the joy and the peace you have been longing to create in your life.

WE are always here to assist you. ASK and we are there, whether you can feel us yet or not, We Are There. Trust in what you feel in your heart.

As you change, so too do your relationships with others

Now is the time to release any unfulfilled expectations from the past. It is time to open your heart to the greater and deeper love that is the natural flow as you release in order to expand. As you expand your heart, all of your relationships change. Some will drift away, others will find new heights and depths.

Your Angel guidance is to look within your heart and really look deep. Ask your inner child what thoughts of love it is holding within. Oftentimes we hold unrealistic expectations of love made from that place of protection of the child. Look within and ask yourself though meditation. Ask for Angel guidance and support if you are unsure how to do this. We are always, always here to assist your journey.

As you reflect on the past, be sure to see the wisdom within the lesson
And, then release it and move forward. Sometimes things can't be healed until you release the challenges in your lives, so that then the healing rays can enter. Stop focusing upon "what went wrong" and instead focus on 'what you did that was right.' It is okay to trust that you are on the right path and then decide that it isn't working for you and make a course adjustment. Everyone and everything is put on your path for a purpose, even if you can't see that at this moment.

Your Angel guidance is to infuse loving thoughts into all aspects of your life. This is the greatest healing you can give yourself. There is no such thing as missed opportunities, for if you had gone a different way, you wouldn't be the magnificent light you are now, or the one you are becoming with each decision that you make.
