Even if your logical mind cannot fathom how a challenge could be resolve, peace of mind means that you trust that you Angels, Guides and the Creator will assist you in creating miraculous solutions. This sort of trust is always warranted because faith is a key component in experiencing such miracles.

By receiving this message, the Angels reassure you that peace of mind is within you. You can feel serene, even in the midst of great turmoil. It's a mistake to think that you have to wait until your life is problem free before you can be happy and peaceful. The opposite is actually true. First, you work toward serenity, and they your life challenges lessen and disappear. Serenity is your natural state of mind, and the Angels are now working with you to actualize this.

Sometimes life feels as if its at an impasse while we await our next instruction. The Angels want us to understand that it is our choice. The Angels ask "What do you want? Now the Universe asks us to be the decision maker, and begin to take charge of the creations in each of our own lives.

Instead of passively allowing life to push you around like a canoe without oars, you're counseled to take charge and set your own course. Know that the Angels will provide whatever resources you need to pull yourself out of any situation as long as you make a firm and clear decision.

Decisiveness is the catalyst for the Angels and Guides to clear the way for our manifestations. Let go of all fears or worries, and focus only on the destination you intend to reach and enjoying the Journey along the way!

The Angels know that you're busy, with many Earthly demands on your time. We want to help you with your responsibilities through the process of balance. Whenever your schedules become disproportionate, you energies drop. Lowered energy creates the illusion that there isn't enough time in the day, so a vicious cycle of time limitation ensues.

The Angels ask you to add regular doses of meditation, exercise, and play to your days. We know that balancing your life between work, play, spirituality, exercise, and relationships helps you to grow and feel joy. If you feel overwhelmed by your responsibilities, immediately ask for us, your Angels to help you lift your burdens, ask to feel our love.

You may feel trapped right now by life conditions. The Angels ask you to realize that you are the only jail keeper that ever surfaces in your own life. Whenever you realize that you have the power to be fee, freedom follows. Everything that you do in your life is by choice, and you are free to choose again. Even prisoners are free to choose their thoughts so that they feel peace and happiness under any conditions.

The next time you begin a sentence with the words,"I have to ________", please stop. Ask the Angels to show you some alternatives. They will either help you complete the task from a loving mindset so that you don't feel trapped, or they will guide you to do something else that you will love.

Although you may feel as if your life is upside down right now, everything that's occurring is for the best. The Angels assure you that the changes in your life are actually helping you leave behind that which no longer serves you. Your spiritual purpose with the old situations is now complete. You're urged to stay centered in grace and acceptance. Keep affirming. "I welcome Divinely inspired change, and I stay centered in the eye of the hurricane as change occurs around and within me. All Change is for my highest good. I know that love is stable and always provides for me and my loved ones - no matter what our outer situations appear to be."

Change ushers in fresh opportunities to learn, grow, prosper, and create new relationships. The key is to keep breathing and enjoy the changes, even if they're intimidating. If the Universe pushes you toward new responsibilities, know that you're qualified in the eyes of your guides and Angels...

GROUND YOURSELF

"When you detach from awareness of your body and the physical world, you become ungrounded. Although it's pleasant to float heavenward, your attention and work are needed upon the earth. We're helping you balance the spiritual and material so that you can enjoy a fulfilling Earthly life."

This message signals that your energy and attention need to be grounded. If you've been feeling spacey, confused, or forgetful, being ungrounded speaks to the reason. "Ungroundedness" means that your attention is directed up too high - as if you're not in your body. A balance is needed between a focus on spirit and a focus on Earth. You can ground yourself by walking barefoot on the grass or soil, by eating foods from the ground like potatoes or carrots, by rubbing your bare feet, by touching a tree or a plant, or by visualizing roots coming from the bottom of your feet into the earth. Grounding will help you to better concentrate and focus, and will also increase your connections to your Angels.

Spend time in the garden or with your house plants.
Work with some flower essences.
Adjust your diet and other lifestyle habits so that they support your mental and physical awareness.
Make sure the words you speak or write are practical, grounded, and understandable.
Be down-to-earth and authentic in your relationships.
Send love and light to Mother Earth.
