Angel Wisdom with Sharon Taphorn ~ Grounded

Stay grounded during these intense emotional times

As you continue to experience the quickening that has been happening on your planet, many of you will be experiencing new depths in your feelings and understanding of the world. This can be taxing on your system as the effects of these new deeper feelings emerge. You will get through it and it is an important part of your growth, so try not to resist it as that will just make drag it out. Ripe off that band-aid and you will be through it very soon with new thoughts and feelings emerging.

Whenever you feel scattered or overwhelmed, just stop and take a minute to centre yourself. Focus on your breathing and connect with your body and allow the light of love to cleanse every cell in your being, connect with the earth and feel the beautiful relief that comes over you as you let go of what is happening around you and connect within. From this still point of connection, return to your day, carrying with you this healing energy.

The Mantra for today is:"Mother Earth nurtures and provides for me all that I need and through this strength and wisdom, I can do anything!"

Feeling at Odds

Let the Light Surround You

There is energy around you that is not always visible to the naked eye and the angels can help you to learn to feel it and trust it. Ask Archangel Michael to surround you in is blue cloak of support, love, and well pretty much anything on the earth plane. Yes there are others you can call upon when you want to be more specific. You don't have to get more specific than just to ask, but if you have the need to add in a lot thought processes to help you focus, then by all means go for it.

It is not always about what path you take to go up the mountain, it is about actually taking a path. It is about doing your journey and being the best you can be as you do it. The angels also want to remind you that the best you are today is not going to be the same as the best you are tomorrow, so give yourself a break and lighten up. Your angels can also help you with that.

Find a purpose. Finding your calling may be much simpler than you think. It is more than accomplishing one simple strategy for increasing your happiness; it is about having a sense of purpose – of feeling like you are here for a reason. When you feel a sense of purpose, you can feel the greatest happiness of all.
