ARCHANGEL GABRIEL

One reason why it's important for you to help children is because you're also helping your own inner child in the process. You're teaching what you need to learn, so pay particular attention tot he messages you deliver to children and their parents. Know that those messages are for you as well. Take time to play, laugh, and to be silly and carefree. Nurture your inner child with as much love and attention as possible.

Working with Archangel Gabriel: Gabriel works with mothers and children during all phases of conception, childbirth, adoption, and parenting. She helps grown-up children as well. If your heart longs for some play time, call upon Gabriel to make all of the arrangements. She'll guide you along as you nurture your inner child. If you ask her, Gabriel will also assist with your own parenting desires and needs.

CONTEMPLATION TIME

"Spend time alone, meditating upon what you truly desire."

The Angels urge you to spend some time alone. Make a firm appointment to be by yourself in a quiet place (ideally, outside in nature or near some plants) without delay. Make sure that you'll be uninterrupted for at least one hour. Take a pad of paper and a pen with you.

Then spend some time simply breathing, relaxing, and centering yourself. After you're completely relaxed, write down this question to your subconscious mind on the paper, "What do I want to do next?" Write whatever comes to you in response, without worrying whether it's "correct" or not. Then ask your subconscious "What's my true hearts desire right now?" Write down the answer. Spend time noting your true priorities so that you'll know how to structure your free time to match what's important to you.

RELEASE AND SURRENDER

"We shower you with blessings o four radiant love. Open your arms, and release the challenges that you've held tightly gripped within your heart. Open your hands, arms and heart to our love and assistance."

The Angels say, "release and surrender" for too long you have been the solitary practitioner trying to do everything yourself. Your Angels are here and would love to help, but first you need to surrender and release any situation that is not working. Surrender simply means that you're tired of struggling. It means emotionally letting go, with trust that the Divine wisdom of Spirit (which also includes your inner being) can assist you. Surrender doesn't mean that you're giving up or that you want to be controlled. Through surrender, you'll be assured of a better outcome. If you need help with surrender, ask your Angels to assist you.

Don't worry about how your prayers will be answered, let your unseen entourage figure out the details.
Be willing to ask for help.
Release tensions and the need to control, and things will go better.
Avoid power struggles in your relationships.
Simply own your power and you won't have to fight for it.

You may feel trapped right now by life conditions. The Angels ask you to realize that you are the only jail keeper that ever surfaces in your own life. Whenever you realize that you have the power to be free, freedom follows. Everything that you do in your life is by choice, and you are free to choose again. Even prisoners are free to choose their thoughts so that they feel peace and happiness under any conditions.

The next time you begin a sentence with the words. "I have to ______________." Please stop. Ask the Angels to show you some alternatives. They will either help you complete the task from a loving mind-set so that you don't feel trapped, or they will guide you to do something else that you will love.

"Surround yourself with positive people and situations, and avoid negativity."

Your manifestation work is going wonderfully well. You're encouraged to take the process to an even higher level by going on a 'negativity diet'. This means avoiding negative influences as much as possible. Avoid negative discussions with yourself or others. Turn off television and radio programs with negative themes, and stay away from violent movies. Don't read pessimistic headlines and steer clear of gossip-based magazines. This negativity diet slow down the manifestation of your dreams - or prevent them from coming true at all.

Affirm daily:" I am surrounded by positive, loving and peaceful energy and situations at all times."

Another thing you can do is to apply Feng Shui, the ancient Chinese art of placement, to your physical environment, which will help enhance the positive energy in all of your surroundings. You're also asked to donate or sell items that are cluttering your home. This helps you bring in new energy and opportunity, and will also establish an environment that promotes creativity, health, and abundance.

Your Angels are asking you to pay attention to your physical body, after all, you are here to have a physical experience. Perhaps you resist this guidance, and the Angels have repeatedly come to you about this topic. They remind you that the body is an instrument that, when well tuned, emanates greater harmony. Your spirit is like the music of a grand piano, and the Angels ask you to maintain that piano.

Your Angels know that if you follow this guidance, you will feel better. Your increased energy and happiness is your reward for following the Angels suggestions. They will help you find the time and motivation to exercise. The will also help you loos your cravings for unhealthful substances. And, the Angels will help you enjoy the new found pleasures that come from purifying and maintaining your physical body.
