Do not discount your thoughts, or think they're just dreams, silly or even common place. Your thoughts are being tuned to higher frequencies right now, and they are trustworthy inspirations.

Quiet the mind so the soul can speak

There is much wisdom you have to share to with you and you are being asked to set aside some quiet time to commune with your soul. All that you need, all that seek is available within you. Trust that your life has a purpose and you are enough

You are being called into a deeper relationship with yourself, with your higher self, and with others. This is a time of great growth potential and your soul is calling you forth to take your power, and change your relationship with yourself and others. As you begin to be your authentic you and live your truth, you will have a glow about you that is seen and felt on deeper levels and it is this change that helps the world to change. As you begin to let your light shine, it brightens everything around you and lights the way. 

Know that it is important to see yourself first in this light and you must beam from the inside out.  Believe in yourself, for you are unstoppable. Take care of your thoughts, take care of your words, and take great care of yourself in the process and your action steps will always lead you to a better way.

Begin to notice your own vibe more

As you begin to pay attention to your own vibrations, you will find that you immediately know when you need to pay more attention to what is going on around you. Don't stay on all of the time, you will just get overwhelmed with the whole process. Make it so that when you need it, your body sends off all those bells and whistles to let you know you need to pay more attention. Don't add a whole bunch of assumptions into what it means at first until you hone you skills, and then the signals become easier to read and interpret. 

What is beneficial for you to experience will give off a different vibration than that which you need not go through. The choice is always yours, so learn to tune into your vibe, you will show you the way.  

Thought for today: Begin to pay attention to what increases your energy and what takes away from it. This is your guidance system letting you know what you should move towards and what you should run away from as fast as you can.

Keep your focus 

Don't get caught up in all the drama, thoughts, and feelings that are floating around out there right now as it just serves to distract you from your quest. Some of you are professionals and have been through this kind of energy before, and some of you who are newer at these emotional shifts might be feeling a bit more than you like these days, but rest assured, its a good sign.

As your emotional awareness shifts and you find yourself feeling a bit more than you are used to, it can be overwhelming and this is a time of huge shift potential that you might find it  bit overwhelming at times. If you find yourself a bit more tired or even like you have been juggling some on fire poker sticks, then you are ready for some changes as you adjust to these new shifts.

Thought for today: Let your intentions align with your wisdom, thoughts and feelings. During this time of heightened emotional awareness, keep your thoughts grounded and focused.

It is time to follow your own heart

Now is the time to begin to live your life on your own terms. Take action in the areas of your life that you are not satisfied with as it is time to make the changes you have been yearning for in your life. Become a non-conformist and stretch yourself beyond your comfort zone - you have been waiting for this time, you have been asking for this, so step up and step out and see where this path leads you. Sometimes a little discomfort is necessary in order to ignite your desire to move on to something more, this is one of those times. 

Remember to trust and allow things to unfold, you don't always end up where you thought you were going, but you do always end up where you need to be. The more conscious and aware you become along the way, the better you tend to enjoy the experiences and so also don't buy into the thought that the journey must be hard and difficult in order to be rewarding.

You have just begun to scratch the surface

Be patient as your life unfolds and allow things to happen as you set your intention for your day. Don't try to control all the forces around you, work on the ones you can control like how you respond to those forces. This is your time to explore the world, to spread your wings and learn to fly. You have only just begun and there is so much more that is going on than meets the eye so know you are doing a great job and you are on the right path for you and you have what it takes and you've got this.

Current conditions do not always represent what is going on

You came here to experience the choices

There has been a lot going on in your world and right now making a choice in the transformation of your thoughts and ideals is what is indicated to help you through these challenges. Finding balance in your world comes from making the best choices for you. This doesn't always go with the values that others hold for you, and when you follow a choice that others think are best for you, but are not your choice, that is usually when you regret your choices. Hold steadfast to your own heart and make the best choice for you, and then you will truly be on the vibe that makes you so very powerful, and empowered in your journey.
