Take time each day for joy

Take time out to enjoy all the hard work you do each day. These moments
bring you inspiration as it allows your mind to clear when you do
something 'just for fun'. Enjoying yourself is just as important as
having a meditation practice in your day. These two activities are vital
to your wellbeing and enjoyment while doing your physical journey.

Your Angel guidance is to go outside and play today (and everyday). Call up a
friend, take a walk, go for a coffee, engage in some non-competitive
sport, or perhaps see a movie that makes you laugh. Allow the activity
to be a respite from your daily routine. These times of joy open up
creativity and imagination and this helps to envision your desires, and

Means sensing what feels right, and trusting that feeling

Your angel guidance is to look deeper at all the relationships, people and situations in your life right now and respond to your inner feelings. Feelings that come from inside of your being. The quiet voice within you that says, "Don't do that", or "Don't go there", or "Follow that feather and see where it lands" or perhaps even, "Say hello and smile at that person". These are all promptings of your inner being, your spirit self that is always connected to your physical self. As you look deeper into your relationships, see the love that underlies all of them. Let that love be your guide.

Use discernment in all that you do. Take your gift from everything that you do, read and see before you. If you are reading or listening to something that doesn't feel right, send it love. If it feels completely wrong to you, politely smile and excuse yourself from the situation. If you can't leave it at that moment, take a few deep breaths, feel yourself surrounded by love and just be in the moment. Take in only that which resonates to you in that moment, and just leave the rest. It might be helping others at levels that are not a part of your journey.

For each of you that journey is on a different path and sometimes they touch, and sometimes they cross, and sometimes they stay together for a long long time, appearing as one, then they too separate and move on. Each of you is searching for love and joy in your own way. Bless each other, bless yourself, and move on.

Pay attention to the signs on your journey, let others pay attention to their lane, pay attention to yours, even if you can see a road more smoothly paved. Spend some time alone each day, Meditating

Take some time out of your busy schedule to take care of yourself. This includes some introspection upon where you are, and where you would like to go. Creating a regular practice of taking time out to nurture yourself. So many of you beautiful lightworkers are giving so much of yourself to others, it is important to take a time out and be sure that your needs are being met on all levels. Ask your Angels to assist you if you need help finding some alone time each day to nourish your spirit, nourish your physical vessel, clear your mind and get clear on your focus and to feed and love your emotional body.

As you continue your path of awakening it is important to make that special time for yourself. It allows for you to find the homeostasis that is so necessary as your emerging continues. The physical body is the most dense of all the bodies and it requires a little time to catch up with your growth. Honour yourself and your process, for it is you who are the ones that help so many others begin their path of awakening, as you step forward into merging your spirit self with your physical self and walk the path of light.

Sometimes it is difficult to let the old go for fear that it will either not be replaced, or something not wanted might come your way. Change is not always easy, however it is the catalyst that brings about the evolution of you and your desires. Call upon your angels to comfort, and to guide you to the next step. Happiness awaits you in ways that you cannot imagine.

It is important for you to express your feelings during these times of transitions. Keep a journal, talk to a trusted friend or adviser, or you can discuss everything with your angels. The more that you can release, the freer you feel and completions always makes way for the new that you desire to enter into your life. And, after all, isn't that what you have been asking for.
