Take a moment to hold the space of love

There are times when is harder to keep your focus on more positive aspects of life and those are exactly the times when it is important to just stop what you are doing and focus on love. I know it seems trite or perhaps not that productive, but it is the most powerful force in the Universe and it is time to start using this secret weapon.  

When times are tough and they usually are when you are in the midst of great shifts, that is your signal to stop and look beyond yourselves to the bigger picture and come from a space of peace and love and send out those thoughts and let them ripple out in waves to those who struggle with the situations at hand.  

The Thought for today is:"Become more aware of how much your thoughts and feelings affect mass consciousness and then choose wisely what you put out there.”

Listen carefully to your words

Take a moment before you speak and choose your words wisely. Don't put words to things you don't want to encourage in your life. When you put words to something it magnifies its growth. When you put words to what you do not want, like a sad past or the lack in your life, you feed it more energy and it does not heal. When you put your words and therefore, your thoughts and feelings, on what you want and where you want to go, that magnifies, and you are then creating a wave towards what you really want. 

Listen carefully to yourself and the stories you tell. If it isn't about the life of your dreams, it is time to change your story and sing a new tune.  

The Mantra for today is:"Each day I am becoming more aware of my words and the power they have in the creation process.”

Ancient wisdom is reawakening

Those of you that carry the memories of ancient times or can easily access the Akashic records will be re-remembering teachings from times lost that is ready to be remembered. Take the time to go into meditation and learn what you need to know to increase your vibration and your understanding. Connect with wisdom keepers, the ancient ones, the crystals, and the whales.

There has been a re-balancing taking place and when you find your footing. Learn to work in this new energy, and see that you are making new important connections because of this awakening. The veil is thinning, take advantage of the opportunities it brings.

Strengthen your resolve 

Be persistent in the pursuit of your dreams right now. It is sometimes hard to keep your focus, but it is ever so important to be persistent and at peace as you proceed. 

Focus on what you want to achieve or experience. Imagine forming a bridge between the physical world and you goals. Spend time each day focusing on strengthening this bridge so that when you feel confident, you can walk across it to your goals.  When you reach the other side, a present awaits you with guidance on your plans. 

Remember when you focus your attention on something it magnifies it or it grows, it is the law of your world.  

The Mantra for today is:"Wonderful things are happening in my life right now!”

Become more  Present in your Now

Look at your life and see the beauty that is all around you and be more present in your now. The past and the future do not exist in the place. Become aware of this moment. Increase your vibration and feel a flow of peace melt over you and down to your feet and just be in this energy for a moment. 

From this space, all things are possible. This is a pure, unmanifested energy that just is and is filled with so much potential. Be thankful for this day and being alive to live it to its fullest and set your intentions and then set out to just be and experience the gifts that today sends your way.
