Find a quiet place for contemplation and look within.

Go within and examine your conscious thoughts and feelings. Taking time and space for yourself gives you an opportunity to recuperate from life's challenges, to reflect on the way ahead, strengthen yourself and prepare for the next phase of your life. During these times of introspection, you are better able to become aware of your talents, gifts and skills. Allow this time of healing and let your inner resolve and your wisdom become your guidance system and foundation.

Still your mind and calm your emotions. Ask for your angels wings to enfold you and provide you with a safe haven in which to relax and heal. Then from this space of timelessness you can listen to the promptings of your angel inspiring and guiding you to a better way.

The mantra for today is: "I claim time and space for myself to explore my thoughts and feelings and put life into perspective with the higher vibration of my spirit guiding me."

Letting Go of the Past

It is time to move on and the best way to create a new beginning is to let go of something from the past that has held you stagnant in your present. An ending makes way for new opportunities and new beginnings and you are so ready to let it go and move on.

Surrender and release whatever it is that needs to be released. Do a ceremony that helps you to let go and transform any discordant thoughts or feelings that do not support your vision. You may find as you do this, the floodgates of manifestation open up and flow your way. You have a bevy of angel helpers just waiting to assist you and they are nudging you to get going on this so you can act upon some of the amazing ideas that are leading you towards the rewards that you seek in your life.

The mantra for today is: "I release whatever doesn't serve me or my growth and I am ready to move on and embrace the new opportunities that releasing the past brings my way."

Seek out moments to celebrate

There is much beauty and love in your world when you stop, take a moment and look around to see it. Look for the joy, the delight and the wonder of each day and rejoice in the gift of it.

Today your angel guidance is to remember that each day is indeed a gift. When you look for the beauty within each experience how you perceive the world around you begins to shift. Look at each day as a opportunity to understand, to love, and heal. In your mind and in your heart, surround yourself, your experiences and anyone involved with you in a beautiful orb of love filled light. Infuse that orb with powerful loving thoughts. The more you do this the more things in your life become more peaceful and balanced. Explore the possibilities that each new day brings your way.

Seeing things more clearly

Today's message is about looking at the bigger picture and seeing things, goals, and your feelings from the higher perspective of spirit. When you take a step back and look at things from a different perspective, the parts that puzzle you or don't seem to fit together begin to make sense. Life and how you view it is changing as you begin to see life, the Universe, and everything as this grand opportunity to experience. This is as it should be, allow it to unfold.

If you have been feeling at odds with yourself or others, then you know that it is time to take a deeper look at the things that don't seem to fit. Sometimes it is time to let go and move on and at others it is time to shift your thoughts and feelings to be in line with your goals and intentions. Sometimes when you look at what you have or the past, you are not seeing it as it truly is, you are seeing it in a worse or better light than it was. Do not run away from the truth, put it into perspective and then that journey be complete so that you are free to move in any direction you choose unencumbered by the past, or old expectations on what should be.

The mantra for today is: "I gain clarity and understanding when take a step back and look at the bigger picture."

New opportunities are on the way

Expect some movement and new opportunities to surface as the delays that have been holding you back will soon be over and so now is the perfect time to prepare for some much needed action and taking heed to the thoughts and feelings that are different from those you have had before. Be brave and be ready. This is something a bit outside the box and so you are congratulated for your ability to trust in the power of the infinite.

This is a magical time, even if it does not seem so from your particular vantage point. This is preparation for the new beginnings you have been asking for and so let the old fall away and transform any thoughts and feelings that do not support this shift in consciousness that is required for it to be so. Do not procrastinate, step up, step forward and be accounted for. After all, it is part of what you came here to understand and experience. Now is the time to just do it!

Re-balancing helps to focus

The path of empowerment is not always an easy one and so there are a few things that are essential to your wellbeing, your ability to focus, and your ability to make the best possible choices for you, your life, and the good of all, which truly are the same, and that is re-balancing yourself when you lose focus and taking a break when you need rejuvenation.

Do not lose sight of your ability to perform magic in your life. Sometimes you find solutions in unknown places and sometimes even the darkest of places. Trust that the way will be bright and you will be guided when you need to find the light.

Take Time Out for Your Growth

It is important to take regular time outs from some of the aspects of everyday life. This helps you to gain clarity and understanding. Take time to just breath air and be in the moment. Commune with a tree if you can, feel the divine beauty of nature, and the beauty of the all that is. Do this for yourself, for your very sanity at times and most of all because you are worthy and deserving of this respite from the world around you.
