Nothing remains the same for long

That is how it should be. Accept that life always evolves through cycles of ending, beginnings, birth, and rebirth. Now is the time of transitions as things are evolving and you are ripe for another great shift. Allow the shifts to happen and do not resist as the old falls away. That which is for your highest good will be as you decree, so listen carefully to your talk, your words, your thoughts, and your self-talk. These are your affirmations, intentions, and the results you get back. Let go of resistance, let go of unfulfilled expectations,  let go of the need to control, and be open, allowing, and welcoming of the new that you have been longing for. 

Thought for today: You are on the right path. Let go of the old as you open yourself up to new ideas and strategies for you know and trust that Spirit will always support you and your higher self has your back.

Make a Wish

A decision must be made and an epiphany is about to be reached as a new way of thinking begins to prevail. As the choice is made and you let go of what was or was not, you will find that is all up from here. You have learned what you can and now it is time to move on to something more meaningful for you and your life. Things will fall into place, as they should be, so for now let that go and be thankful, ready to move on to hopeful new beginnings.

The quickest way to change is transforming thoughts and feelings

To let the healing begin, you must get rid of negative thoughts and emotions. When you hold unwanted thoughts and feelings, you are sending out the vibration of those very thoughts and feelings. 

You cannot change a cycle until you change your thinking. If you want to change an aspect of your life that isn't working, take a deeper look at your thoughts, and then take a deeper look at your feelings. When you do this, you will find the missing piece in the puzzle to a better way. Take some time and contemplate pleasurable thoughts and feelings. All the power is in the choices of your thoughts.

Thought for today: Take Charge of your inner dialogue, your internal images, and your feelings today. You are in control of everything you hold as your own and that energy represents the vibration you are sending out to the world. Choose wisely and well.

The energy of Gratitude is a fuel

We cannot express adequately the importance of gratitude. When you are able to find that place and feeling deep within you where you are so grateful you are humbled beyond words, you begin to know the feeling of true gratitude and that energy is powerful beyond your imagination. 

Feel gratitude for everything. Gratitude creates a positive attitude. A positive attitude creates a better day, a better life, and a better world. Gratitude brings peace to your soul. To consciously choose this state of being can fuel your dreams and see them manifesting. Watch as your happiness grows and grows.

Thought for today: The energy of gratitude is one of the most powerful forces in the Universe. Begin each day saying Thank you the Universe 3 times for the amazing day you are about to experience and set out to have a day filled with awe and wonder.

Pay attention to how you feel first

Keeping yourself in balance is a duty in putting yourself first so that you can then be the best you can be and the best use to the Universe. Putting yourself first is vital to continue on a path of good health, love and healing. It isn't your job to put others needs first or make them happy before your own balance and wellbeing. It isn't all about you, but then it is. The key truly is in finding that balance. 

Begin your day by doing a little self care, and when necessary a little self healing. You deserve to thrive and spirit wants you to know that it is time to begin this practice today. Don't wait till you have more time for that doesn't even make sense. Practice self empowerment and pay attention to your physical body, your thoughts and your feelings every day.

Thought for today: It's time for you to thrive. As you do, it affects change all around you by those who observe your continued success.

Cherish the Moments

Regardless what is happening around you or even to you at this moment, there are always positive things you can focus on and wonderful moments to fill your head with to help you transform your thoughts and feelings. If you stay focused on how stressed you are, what you have lost, or what you do not have, you are not allowing anything different to happen for you. Remember, your thoughts become a self fulfilling prophesy, decide today to focus on what you do want and what is working.  

Remember you are an infinite being with finite time, so cherish the moments you have. When you stand firm in the knowing that wonderful things are happening for you, they will start to happen for you, it is the law of Universe, trust in that.

Thought for today: Focus on what is going right in your life, and let the rest go. Inhale positive energy and exhale what no longer serves you.

The answers will come when you are ready

In truth, the answers are already there. It is when you get out of your own way and hear them that makes the difference. So, when you are ready to allow, the answers you seek will come to you. 

It is time to let go of attachments to expectations, unfulfilled emotions, and the past. It is time to trust in the infinite power of the Universe and just be in the energy of now.

Thought for today: Let go of the thoughts and emotions that create suffering for you. As you let go of these attachments, you will find peace, joy, and contentment. Trust in what is coming and let the rest go.
